Every time I go here the employees are good about helping and guiding me on various projects. They’ve saved me from spending extra on materials that would have ruined my deck, earning my trust it’s not about the quick sale but rather seeing good projects done. Finally their plants are peak, really high quality. Prices sometimes reflect that but bargains can be find throughout the year.

My happy place on a Saturday morning, thank you Lynchburg team for being such a great resource.

I found everything that I needed to replaced the ceramic tile in our bathroom after installing a new bathtub faucet and shower, including some useful advice. This is, by far, the best hardware store in town with knowledgeable and friendly team members.

This Lynchburg, VA store is a model for all others. We are recent converts to Home Depot from another big box store chain. It was not until I experienced the general level of competence and organization of this exemplary retail store that we decided to make it our go to store for all things home improvement. We actually love it so much that we make 'recreational' trips there because the experience is so satisfying. If you haven't visited this Lynchburg store for your needs, you need to check it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

I bought a generator online and employee went above and beyond, professional, kind, and very helpful.

I love Home Depot. I go in for one item and comes out with dozens. The clearance section is wonderful. You can usually find something that you wanted but couldn't afforded early. I love the store setup and neatness. From the beautiful appliance section to the wonderful lighting display.

I picked up another gallon of stain and had the empty with code on top. Girl in Paint was on it and ready for after a shake in short order. Stopped and asked an associate for location for a product and he took me right to it instead of just telling me. I have seen a difference of helpfulness over the last year.

It's a pleasure to shop at this store.

A man named Christopher helped me with my order. He was VERY helpful and patient. He did more than I expected as he realized I am older (64) and need extra time to organize and understand the process for picking out new carpet. He provided me with all of the information I needed to have a successful order. Thank you, Christopher for taking the time to make my experience a great one!
