never can find an associate when I need assistance. they look busy doing nothing and most of them walk away when they see a customer coming and quite a few do not know what a smile is.

Excellent Customer Service

Brittany(African American), Dorothy, and Mr. Switzer were very helpful.

Issac Wells provided customer service beyond expectations. He assisted me in purchasing plants for my home that I am pleased with! He even help me with the proper food to care for my plants. He was very observant, helpful and friendly. He knew very much about his product. I was very pleased with my visit. He even planted my plants for me. He deserves to be recognized for his outstanding customer service. He gave me customer service like none other. He is a very good asset to the store. Issac gave me a little bit of background about himself including how long he been employed at home depot and I saw that Issac and I have the same exact birthday. What a coincidence! Thanks Issac for everything!

It was clean all through the store, the employees are very friendly they talk to you as if you been in the store several time. I really like their vivid. When you walk into the store you can warmness. This is where I want to buy my home supplies. I rate them 5 over all

Great cashier service

Employees at Madison store always go out of their way to be helpful in locating items that I need and point out sales products that I can use on other projects that I mention are being planned this year. The pro sales force is always friendly and helpful even if I don't purchase items at that visit. This store is always cleaner than any other in the metro area.

We will shop at the Madison Store in the future. Darryl and Tina gave us a very warm welcome.. They both are very patient with me as a custimer.

I have had great experiences at this store. It is clean and well stocked, but most of all the employees WANT to help you. Cody helped me load tile (which is heavy as rocks) into my cart, patiently helped me find the matching grout, and escorted me to check out and then to my car. Of course we had to rearrange the trunk contents to fit the tile in. He was incredibly kind.

As soon as I entered the store I asked the service desk for assistance in the hardware aisle. After 10 minutes of waiting I asked another associate for the person that is supposed to be in the hardware aisle. While waiting, I had to assist another customer. Chalk a $100 sell up to me! My assistance never came. Went on to buy another item in the store I was looking for and left. Experience sucked. Come on guys, it was a Sunday morning, not busy at all.

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM EMPLOYEE! Will be shopping again

This store was so nice and clean and organized. Also, I needed help with choosing a grill. I didn't know what I wanted and needed guidance. Well, I hit the jackpot at this Home Depot. I got professional assistance from four very knowledgeable men. Basil, Matt, David and the Manager, Luke treated me as if I was the only customer in that store. They were all knowledgeable about the products, but they also were very skilled at helping me choose the grill I needed. The one I originally chose did not have a price tag on it.. Basil took at least an hour looking at the grill, in the heat of the day, trying to find the numbers he needed in order to find the price of the grill. David assisted him as did Matt. And then the manager, Luke came along and gave us his undivided attention. Even though that store was busy today as it was a Saturday, and the day before Father's Day, they took the time to talk with me and help me choose a grill. EAch person assisting me was courteous and kind and very helpful and knowledgeable. Once I found the grill I wanted (assisted by a surprise from the manager, Luke) I am thrilled with the choice! They know their products and they know what they have on hand and how to steer a customer in the right direction. They had to get the lift to get the grill down and they dropped it right in the bed of my truck and I was on my way. But, all in all, they spent nearly an hour and half with me (each one at different times) trying to find just what I wanted. I have no need to visit any other home goods store in the future. Will always go to Home Depot in Madison.

The store was clean. The products I wanted were in stock and easy to find. The cashier was friendly and professional.

The associates in the flooring department were very informative and helpful. I am looking forward to the installation of the flooring.
