I always find that Home Depot has someone who knows the details of whatever I am seeking or the project I am trying to complete and shows a sincere interest in helping me make the right choices in my purchases.

I needed a carpet transition piece cut down to 71 inches and asked for help because I did not have to tools to do it at home. I had asked Greg if there was a chance that we could have someone in store help us cut it to size. He took on the job with a smile! He was friendly and helpful. It didn't take him long to help us and he went straight back to what he was working on after he helped us out. Thank you Greg!

Kyle Wall made our shopping experience amazing. He was so helpful and kind. He took the time to help us with all of our needs. Hands down the best costumer service we have ever gotten anywhere. He was not only extremely knowledgeable about everything he helped us with but so patient and personable. We will be returning due to the service we received and recommending friends visit him at the store as well. Could not be more happy leaving the store. Hoping that they continue to hire people like him!

Horrible experience with the service desk & delivery service for a stove I have waited over a month to receive. Took off work 4 times to have stove delivered and finally after 4 attempts of not showing up or not having the stove on the truck they let me know once I made 6 phone calls that the stove is now damaged. I canceled the order and went elsewhere. Do not order an appliance unless it's in stock. Save yourself a month of frustration. The rating I give is an "F" to Home Depot Manchester Des Peres and an F- to the delivery company.

This is a good place to get your home improvement materials. It is easy to get to and there is convenient parking.

Julia (cashier) and Kyle (worker by laminate) were remarkable. Had a positive and efficient experience. Wish all employees were that helpful, outgoing, and responsive. This was not a typical visit and that’s why it stood out so much even though it was short. I bought laminate and was there maybe 10 minutes. They projectiles positivity and helpfulness. I’ll for sure be back for big or random purchases and hope to get them.

Employee went above and beyond to help.

Everyone is very helpful, which i find unusual at most of the home improvement stores these days. I had a rather involved return/rebill that was mostly my fault, but Christina at the service desk took excellent care of me.

The store inventory was not very good since it's a smaller store when compare to the other HD around the town. I went to get 50 pieces of wall stones. I was exhausted after loading all into my shopping cart and push them out the store. There was an associate, his name is Kolby, came up to help me load the stones into the car, even I parked my car at the side of the gardening, where's an unnoticeable area. Kolby was polite and asked how I wanted to put the stone in the truck. He's very helpful, I appreciate his care and initiative. Thanks Kolby!!!

The associates in the lawn care section are extremely helpful. One staff member - Brandon even helped us load 40 retaining wall blocks into our vehicle last night! And 6 bags of dirt! We definitely didn’t expect that above and beyond service but were very grateful! It made our load time go by a lot quicker! Thanks Brandon!

Just moved into the area and live an equal distance from this and another Home Depot. I am SO GLAD I have chosen this store as my new Home Depot store. The people at the Customer Service desk are phenomenal (especially Jaimie). They seem to focus heavily on -- not just customer service, but -- customer satisfaction. The store is always clean and there is always someone willing to help find things or answer technical questions.

I came in looking for tools to tighten bolts for a project I was working one. Hannah K. was informative, encouraging and made the experience very pleasant and easy. She recommended certain products that worked exactly how I needed them to. THANKS HANNAH!
