we went in for cabinetry and Dan L. was the most helpful and came up with a plan for our new kitchen and saved us alot.

I had an urgent repair need and employees went above and beyond to help. So impressed by Dave in the tool rental center!

Great store with great employees that help out when issue arises! Dave in tool rental and Glen on the floor know there jobs and do it well!

Employees are super helpful and care about customer satisfaction! Which is how business should work! They always have what I looking for or needed if not there’s always someone to help find it!

I usually don't find shopping an easy chore but I needed a refrigerator filter and had previously purchased on at Home Depot so went back to buy another. I know the layout of the store fairly well as I used to work in a retail store (groceries) and can relate to where merchandise is located and remember how it's laid out. This store is very easy to find items that a person might be looking for or can easily ask one of their friendly employees to assist you. I find this store neat & clean and the help (associates) very courteous and willing and able to help you. They make shopping at Home Depot an experience - not a chore. P.S. We has quite a snowfall last night but as I drove into their parking lot it was completely cleared of snow. Much easier for my wife & I to park and walk into the store. We are both in our 80's so we appreciate a clean lot for walking.

Kala in the paint department is very knowledgeable. She made my shopping experience fun. I left feeling confident and excited to go home to paint.

Employees go out of their way to find what you're looking for. Anita is very helpful and pleasant to deal with in returns. Tool rental is great especially with a Rigid Repair Center built into their services.

The store was dirty inventory was poor,isles were very cluttered,the only helpful staff was at the self checkout.

Our experience last evening was VERY disappointing. Had the associate that was helping us paid as much attention to us as she did to her cell phone it might have been great. We spend a lot of time shopping at Home Depot and last evening was so disappointing.

This particular Home Depot is very helpful, every employee in every department was extremely helpful and this particular Home Depot store is rapidly becoming my store of choice!

The staff at checkout was very friendly! The store was clean, neat and organized.

We purchased 4 kitchen appliances. The sales person, knew somethings but did not give us all the information. Don't blame her though. The Store management should have more that one sales person working during a sale so when there are so many customers in department they can be taken care of. Mistakes made during the write up of paperwork, things needed to be redone. One thing will have to wait for at least 2 billing cycles to be corrected. Then when it came to delivery they overbooked their contractors. How do they think that they could do 16 deliveries from 8-7 Even that is too long of a day! They put the pressure on them.. The Delivery people that came to the house were great and proffessional. But because it was 9:15 PM we just asked that they leave the Appliances and we would install. They still had another delivery. Very poor management!

Store was clean but DO NOT purchase major appliances as customer service is non-existent!!!! Purchase water heater, range, wash & dryer, refrigerator & microwave and 3 of 5 have broken. Takes over 1 week to get a service call to door going through manufacturer. 2 of items broken within 2 months--without water heater for 8 days and washer out for 10 days.

This store has always been helpful and clean.

Have been to the Maple Grove store many times since they opened, Have always received very good service service and employees are always friendldt, will continue to do all of my home improventment projects with them.

Different layout than most stores, but easy to navigate. I live closer to competitors, but continue to shop HD due to quality product and customer service. Keep up the good work team.

I love the garden center in this store! Always has a nice selection of flowers, plants and other garden supplies.

I had some questions on kitchen faucets and just plumbing in general. I am not a contractor, just new home buyer trying to figure out how much some of the updates will cost me. Team member Dallas explained the faucets and general plumbing- especially my hard water issue, so I kind of know what I’m working with now

Heather at check out was excellent! She helped me to save money and made the check out process pleasant. All employees offered help, but didn't know products well enough to actually help. I was describing an aluminum flexible roll of material that most likely in insulation.
