I've been a Master Plumber for 45 years and use Rheem heaters off and on. It's a good heater. Have one in my house now 11years. Changing it now because its old. Call it preventive maintenance.

I was looking for some plumbing PVC fittings for my swimming pool to adapt to different sizes. I had no idea what I was looking for how to do it, but a gentleman named Bill came up and helped me find them immediately.. He was a very pleasant man save me a lot of time

I had a great shopping experience at Home Depot. It was easy, I saved money, and interactions with employee was enjoyable.

While having issues with self checkout we were greeted by a great young lady named Ms. Payton. She was able to get my wife and I out the door after a frustrating time checking out.

It has always been hit or miss when I call up the HD App to access my military discount QR Code. Today, at check-out, Deb helped me link my phone # to my acct as verification of my military discount. She definitely went above and beyond. This got me the discount today and will make it easier when I use it in the future. Thank you again Deb.

The Marysville store has amazing customer service (even in a tornado warning). They were very friendly and helpful, not just once but also when we had to come back for more supplies on a busy Saturday.

Just these days one does not find the happy knowledgeable attitude of the sales people at the Marysville Home Depot!! Its refreshing.

It was the worst HD experience I've ever had. The employees seemed more interested in socializing than doing their jobs. I was very disappointed and will not be going back.

Worst experience I have ever received at ANY home improvement store. Customer service is definitely not a concern of the employees or the manager at this location.
