EXCELLENT STORE AND EMPLOYEES

Went to get a new washing machine, upon delivery the item we got wasn’t the one we ordered. The employee that had placed the order ordered the wrong item. When I went to see what could be done the employee that attended me had no clue what to do and was rather rude about the situation answering me with “what do you want me to do”. She offered no options even tho it was an employee mistake in the first place, I had to go straight to customer service 3 times for a refund and twice more to get the delivery of the item “refunded” as store credit. We bought the correct item and the credit was applied to that purchase but only after insisting and following up so many times.

Just need to evalute giving a little more to veterans, a 15% will make a deiference in our daily life

The store is conveniently located with ample parking spaces. The store is nicely stocked, clean and attractive appearance and the staff extremely friendly. The feature of offering Military discount makes the store even more amazing.

The associate went out of her way to ensure that I selected the right items. She was very sweet.

Edgardo the Manager helped us getting additional items not found by other employees and also gave us a discount given other purchases we made previously that were at a lower price. The cashier, Norma was very friendly, effective and efficient, and ensured all the items and quantities were accounted and charged correctly. She was very professional and courteous.

I purchase a lawnmower the deck belt broke and can not get a new one for the pas 2. Weeks I wish I can get a new one by nex week my patio begins to look like a jungle and the holidays are coming

Found what i needed and even with a situation that lose the item to another customer they fix the situation with a discount.

This Home Depot has great customer service! Their staff is mostly very helpful and very friendly. the only thing is that they close too many aisles in the day for restocking.

Now have to sit home for 3 days with my house totally disarranged because day 1 - they were missing a part for installation, day 2 -they got lost 7 minutes from my house. Day 3 is tomorrow, so unless you can pick it up yourself and install it yourself - it's a nightmare!
