I had been looking for a kitchen sink sieve and found it in no time due to the assistance from one of the employees. I also was treated very courteously by the check out agent.

Home depot setup the appt from there computer at the store for a contracted hvac estimate. McCrea handled everything from start to finish. McCrea was on time,polite and professional, quality work and products. They installed a/c unit,coil and thermostat.

There’s always so much crap cluttering the aisles up, you can get down them especially when some mouth breather is just standing there day dreaming

Did not buy today but will be back for a freezer. Service was awesome

Employees. I like to shop at home depot because they have employees that are available to help you. Find the things that you need some some stores 1st. You can't find anybody to help you and when you Do, they're grumpy

Jose, Andy, Amy and another gentleman working around Christmas decorations on 12/11/22 1:30pm, were extremely pleasant to encounter!! This time of year is so busy and trying but these people were all in good spirits and very kind and on top of that went over and above to help me with some Christmas lights I fell in love with. I had a job near this Home Depot so I went in to get supplies. This store is so well kept and have such friendly staff. I wish this exactly THD could be mimicked everywhere!

I was past by 5 different employees not one of the asked if I needed any help or even said "Hello." After walking all over trying to find help, I went to the front to have them try to find someone to provide assistance in the lumber aisle. They couldn't find any one to call, so they paged overhead. After waiting another period of time no one came to help. I left without getting any help at all.

Lee and Petra at store 4120 were very helpful when learning how to dismantle and rewire a lamp. I will definitely return for more purchases and help.

I walked into home depot frustrated after spending hours on the phone with customer support and getting no where. But Sherry was eager and quick to help me and she resolved my dilemma fast and with a positive attitude. She is very knowledgeable and an asset to the company. Thank you for the help Sherry!

ran into Daniel in the garden section. he asked if we needed help. I described my predicament concerning connection rain barrels and he took us to that section. I showed my picture of the opening and he pulled connectors out until we found one that would accomplish the task. as I came up to Daniel, he received a call from a store associate who had another customer on the line who required assistance also. he stayed with us until we got what we needed then accompanied us to the register where he picked up his next customer!

I have to give a shout out to all the employees that helped me. They treated me with respect and courtesy. They went above and beyond to work with other employees in the store to find a resolution for me.

This stare has me completely impressed. We are doing a large addition and have purchased everything we could from this Home Depot. They always make it right when something isn't perfect. Customer service has always been on point and excellent. Orders have always been processed exactly the way we were told they would. I have seen them donate to the community through BSA Eagle projects. We only shop here for supplies because of all of the above. Awesome!

We travelled to different Home Depots looking for lawn mowers without much luck until we went to the Mechanicsburg Home Depot. They had a variety. We had the best salesman, got a great price, and came home with a great tractor!
