The power was out in Mechanicsville ... Everyone was shivering in the house... Even the unseen but HEARD MOUSE.... I went and had to buy a space heater. Had a good variety in stock and lots of friendly staff to help,,,, Thanks. MERRY CHRISTMAS !

We have always experienced exceptional customer service and product selection.

My first order ever in store the associate was very rude and said he was busy we had to wait 20 minutes for him to take the order. I was not alone had my family and contractor with me. Placed a order for wood panels was told it could take up to 18 days.

Asked Home Depot to replace storm door due to bad weather and replace with door that was bought in 2020.was charged 40.00 for incorrect Measurements and given a price that was $371.00 over cost

Each time I seek assistance form an employee at this location, I am always met with friendly and knowledgeable people.

What a great store! Was greeted by several employees, and had 13 sets of blinds cut that had been previously purchased months ago. Dawn was great in blinds. Additionally, the gentleman in electrical knew his stuff. Refreshing to see employees who actually care about customer service. Kudos to Hillary Hyatt and her team!

We stopped in this morning to rent a rear tiller and some compost/manure for our garden. Everyone we dealt with went above and beyond-from calling to verify the tiller was available to Brenda at the check out! Even the two gentleman and young lady in gardening who helped load the bags were a delight to be around.

Her customer service style,attention to details & pleasant demeanor made my shopping experience wonderful.

I'm in there a lot. I am a female that basically does man's work. I can tackle anything. If I have questions, the staff is always there to help explain. Especially the ladies in the paint department.

Good customer service, but the delivery service is outsourced and not good. Just beware you won't get it on time (but that is probably true of competitors.)

It's been years since I've shopped at this Home Depot because the Customer Service has always been horrible. Not today. The employees couldn't have been friendlier! This is my new "go-to" store for my tools and appliances.

I always check here at this store first. Most of the time, however, the item is not in stock when I look online but when i actually go to to the store, there are shelves full of the same item.

There were three associates: Susan, Nyesha, and Dave, who were very knowledgeable, patience, helpful in the selection and purchasing of our appliances. The offers and discounts for savings was well received.
