Sadie, the sales associate in Paints is very knowledgeable and helpful.

This store is conveniently located near the major roads and is easy to find. Employees go out of their way to make sure if you cannot find what you want or something is out of stock to first check with the other HD stores or suggest you other retailers who may carry the product. you are looking for. The employees know their departments well and great at asking questions about the project you are working so that you get the right tools and products for the job.

Great store, good staff! I just don’t like that they replaced cashiers with those stupid self checkout things.

We, have gone to the Home Depot Mentor Ohio store, from day one, Our, first experience, to be honest was not very good, as it seemed as soon as we had come in the door, and tried to ask an employee a question about something, they would scatter.?? As, I mentioned, this was when the store was first opened many years ago, since that first bad experience, I have to be honest, and say I have never seen another store or business, that have done a complete 180% turn around. Now, every time we first walk in the door, especially one of the older gentlemen . which we have seen several times, just this week, is extremely friendly, and he goes out of his way to try and help. Another gentleman, appliance dept, the new stove we bought needed a certain size fitting to hook up the gas, we brought in the old part from out previous stove, he took the old fitting off the part we disconnected, which was really anchored, what a very loving and kind thing to do, my wife and I are both disabled senior citizens, and at times money is a little tight, I wish I could remember his name, again, what a great act of kindness, Thanks.

If you are looking for an appliance go see Joe the appliance guy at Home Depot. Trustworthy and knowledgeable! We absolutely love our LG refrigerator! Thanks Joe!!

The store is clean and well organized with plenty of product on the shelves. Employees were very knowledgeable and willing to help.

i usually find what i come for. the store is very well stock. one associate was very helpful and stayed with me instead of saying it is in aisle one and leave me to find what i came for. His name is Justin.

OMG! Dominique is amazing! She's older than my husband who has a bad back but she loaded his truck with 60 retaining wall bricks with no problem. He said he was going to ask for a male employee because he didn't really believe she could do it until she showed her "guns" (muscles). He was truly impressed! I just love how she made me feel at home and asked me questions before helping me make my flower selections. And she even picked out the best looking plants! Way to go, Dominique! I look forward to seeing you again and getting your input for my next project!

Great place to shop. Great customer service as well! If they don't have what you are looking for, they will either help you find it on line or find another store that may carry the item.

You can always find someone to help if needed. It might take a little time but someone will be there for you. Good store to shop.

Home Depot is tops and is my "go-to" for everything I need to update my home and/or make necessary repairs. The employees are extremely helpful and courteous. They know the store's products and always give me the correct advice. I recently bought three new kitchen appliances there and am very satisfied with the products. I wanted to buy a larger refrigerator than I had, and the associate helped me immensely into making the right choice. Fits perfectly. Same for the dishwasher .. I never realized there is no standard under-the-counter model. But the salesperson helped with my measurements and it was installed trouble-free. Home Depot's employees are the best ever! As an FYI, I shopped at another hardware supercenter for the appliances and not one associate was interested in assisting me. I left after 15 minutes of waiting to be acknowledged.

I recently visited the Mentor Home Depot to purchase carpeting. I had shopped three other stores prior to visiting Home Depot. I found the Sales Associate, Steve, was knowledgeable, friendly and addressed all my concerns. I felt like I was talking to a friend.

Customer service employees are truly outstanding. Holiday weekend and very busy store 3 employees at customer service worked as a team to accomplish my issue. I felt important and not blown off in this day an age where so many people dont have a clue as to real customer service.

I RECEIVE DAILY SPECIALS AND TODAY WAS THE ORTHO SELF DEFENSE SATURDAY ONLY SALE WHICH WAS A GREAT BARGAIN I HAD TO GO AND GET SOME OF THAT, THAT ORTHO IS GREAT AND USE IT ALL YEAR INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF MY HOME

I went to purchase a lawn mower. The staff was very courteous, knowledgeable & helpful. I ended up by a Honda mower & am very satisfied.

Steve in the Blinds and flooring department was fantastic. He went above and beyond for us. Will definitely return to him for his help and advice.

Donna in flooring was rude and condescending. She was not helpful at all. I had to drive to the Canton store 3810 were all the employees were extremely helpful!!!

I’m in the construction field in the Cleveland area and I think I’ve been to every Home Depot in the area. I’ve never had a complaint about any of them but the Mentor store,(By far) is my favorite! Thanks!!

I greatly appreciate that the employees are available and ready to serve, but are not pushy. They know their product well and can answer any questions I have ever had or found someone who could. I am a loyal Home Depot customer.

We stopped in to look at kitchen appliances. We were approached by a kitchen design consultant, Jennifer Schneider and she was amazing! She was waiting for another appointment, but said she could help us until the other customer arrived. She made us feel like we were the only customers in the store - and gave us great advice and options to consider. I would definitely recommend Jennifer if you are considering any upgrades to your kitchen!

This store is clean, well organized and well stocked. The staff is plentiful and very helpful. If they had a coffee bar, I’d stay forever!
