I enjoy going to this location year after year with the same friendly faces there to help out their local community and build a solution. There are a lot of competent employees at this location and that in return makes my job easier. I wear my Hi-Vis gear in the store and the next thing you know people are asking me for help like an associate, maybe I spend too much time in HD,LOL.

I have been shopping at this Home Depot for many years. The store is always clean, well stocked, and full of friendly knowledgeable associates that always help me. This last trip on Black Friday was one of the best experiences I've had. Sharon the cashier that helped me yesterday went above and beyond the service that I normally receive. I was pleasantly surprised. Thanks Sharon and thank you to Erica who also helped out.

This is a store with a consistent staff whom are friendly and will offer to help with what ever you may need, which lacks in about every other store. I am a contractor, and the pro dept. here can help your business save time and money.

Store and Employees are kind, courteous and helpful. The delivery service they use is rude, will not deviate from their scheduled deliveries and do not care if this inconveniences you.

Ms. Debbie in kitchen design has offered me friendly, knowledgeable, professional, diligent service in my kitchen redesign project. Good work. She was assisted by Ms. Tawana, who even at the end of a loooooong day offered pleasing service.

I mainly use the Merriam store since it is nearest to my rental properties in the Mission area. All of your personnel are super friendly which I contribute to that new manager of the store. Mr. Bruce always greets me with a friendly smile and a hearty handshake whenever we happen to meet when I am in the store.

Outstanding customer service

I have shopped and the Merriam home depot for all the years they've been open. All the staff in the store have been very helpful in helping me with all my different projects, and if they didn't know, they would find someone who could! I've always been able to find what I was looking for because I have the entire store memorized, and thankfully they've never moved anything. only a few times were the items not in stock, and they were quick to find what I wanted in the overhead bins. All the aisles are always clean of trash or clutter,

The store was clean and well stocked. The salesman, Jim Linton, was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There was a good selection of appliances to choose from.

For the most part everything I needed was taken care of thank you. I also need a Milwaukee vacuum he looked it up and it was over by the shop vac. Very helpful and took the time. I'd been in the Milwaukee tool area for ever. Couldn't find it he hooked me up.

Ask for Abigail in lawn and garden! She’s a real pro, very pleasant, and can fix you up w/ the best product for your needs.

You have a part time employee in the Rental Dept., named Cecil. This man has been very helpful to me in the past and again, just last week, he helped me again. I needed to rent that big 100 ft. sewer auger and Cecil stopped everything just to help me load that thing into my truck. I believe they claim it weighs about 300 lbs. As I say he told everyone he would be a few minutes to get me loaded first. I have also noticed that the very last thing he tells every customer is, " Thank you again, we really appreciate your business". I have mentioned this to the manager Scott. We both agree that everyone should say the same thing to all customers.

That check-out lady at the contractor's desk has been a big help to me in the past. On my last visit she REALLY was a big help because she knew what kind of wood I needed for the deck I was building. As such, she told me to put my order back and to get the pre-stained cedar boards for my deck. It was exactly what I needed and it made the job look great when I finally got it all laid. Many thanks Cindy. I believe there are two Cindy's at the contractors desk, and they are both great, but this was the Cindy with the blonde hair. She has been at this store forever.

As a previous landlord for nearly 30 years I have been coming in to this store several times / week for at least the last 10-12 years. That new manager, Mr, Bruce is by far the friendliest employee, let alone manager, I have ever met. This is quite a change from some of your previous managers who would only speak if you started the conversation and they couldn't get away. Some would actually turn their heads to avoid making eye contact if they saw me coming. Mr. Bruce is people's people, if you know what I mean.

That new manager of the Merriam store is the friendliest person in the entire store. I have also noticed a big improvement in the staff since he has been here.

Everyone in the rental dept. is super friendly and always a great help if I ever need a tool replaced or tuned up. I suspect this new atmosphere of friendliness comes for the top down. That new manager, Mr. Bruce has got to be the friendliest manager EVER at this store. Whenever we make eye contact there is always a friendly Hello and usually a hearty handshake as well. Quite a difference from some of the previous managers who would actually turn their heads just to keep for speaking.

The ratio to employees and customers is Superior to any other store I've been to. The store employee Sam add a line of people lined up for him to help you didn't forget what order we were in follow the procedure first come first serve. thank you for all the employees that go out of their way make it a pleasure to come to the store and not a task.

The team in the flooring section went out of their way to find the roll in the back that I needed, for only seven feet. Mark was terrific, and the whole team was collegial. Before Mark, and Heather, I think, got back with the roll, at least four associates came by to ask me if I needed help. Great service.
