The products carried by Home Depot are easy to locate and typically in stock at this store which is not always the case at other home improvement stores. When shopping there, the associates typically ask what I'm shopping for and quickly tell me where to find it, (and sometimes suggest certain product options), which saves me time.

I usually don’t need help finding items. If I don’t know I use my App as a guide & every so often I need store help. Today I needed help finding a kit that I already found available in the app but I couldn’t find its location. 2 EP’s we’re chatting with each other. I asked if they could help find. They automatically both said no they didn’t have any. So I had to find it myself. I was treated like I was bothersome and annoying. I won’t inconvenience these employees anymore.

I came in the store early morning on 7/20 to do a return, Joelle and Jennifer were working the customer service counter. Gave me the hardest time over a plant that was 1.98. They showed me the book that said I had to have original receipt, and be in its original container in which it was. I had many receipts she swiped my cards multiple times and said she did not see the item.(Which could have been another lie) I asked for the store manager to be paged, because of the bad energy I was getting from these two Jennifer lies and says the store manger was at lunch, I challenged her by mentioning the time being 10:30am. I walked over to the self check out counters and there stood the manager. I told him what my problem was in which he quickly corrected. Jennifer stood there looking in shame. I waved at her she walked off. This has surely prompted me to close my account at this store. If Im not good enough for you, then certainly my money wouldn't be!!

I was in the lighting section picking up light bulbs for my house. Two older workers(men) were in the section and stayed very close to me while I shopped. I didn’t need any help and they made me feel very uncomfortable and incompetent. I can only assume they thought I was incompetent because I was a woman in a home improvement store. I was also on the phone with my sister who was asking me questions about the lightbulbs. Please provide more training to your employees about treating women with the same respect as they treat the men. We are just as capable at home improvement as the men are.

Recently purchased some outdoor furniture from the Miamisburg Home Depot location. Excellent service from beginning to end (including delivery).

It would be a nice change if the cashier at least pretended to care that there was a customer in front of them. But they were too busy talking and gossiping. And when then mention of the transaction being tax exempt was made, it was met with an annoyed grunt.

Nate made a color for me not carried by Home Depot. After hearing my Lemon Frost request he did some research then made me a sample. A small sample can not a swab on a paper! The color was perfect and I went ahead and purchased a gallon. Nate knows his stuff!

THE SCOTTS EARTHGRO BLACK MULCH WAS THE WORSE MULCH I HAVE EVER I PURCHASED HUGE CHUNKS OF WOOD WAS NOT SHREDDED EVEN THOUGH THE EMPLOYEE TOLD ME IT WAS SHREDDED SMALLER THAN THE OTHERS.

Getting all supplies needed for moving made easier by finding more than I needed in one location and at better-than-expected prices made this part of the moving experience much earier than anticipated. Friendly associates made the experience efficient and enjoyable!

Went into store late on a Saturday for $1000+ in kitchen cabinets and received the best customer service ever! Employees spent considerable time locating the cabinets we needed, pulling them, and did it all with a smile! Front end cashier was helpful in shuffling the boxes to scan barcodes, applying military discount, and locating home depot account to pay. Then an attentive young man in the parking lot started helping with loading without question Even though he was on another task and it was probably 10 degrees out! The employees in this store are amazing!

Rob in the flooring dept was so professional. He had the knowledge I needed, was polite and helped me in every area I was interested in..

I had a problem with an expensive item. I spoke with 3 diff people from 3depts. Bruce finally took initiative and went above and beyond. My thanks to him

Whenever I need help finding a product, or even help with a project, this Home Depot has employees who truly know the ropes and locations of everything. It's pretty amazing.

You ask if anything to add then computer won’t take answer! What a waste! As I tried to tell you before I was not addressed by cashier I went to self serve no choice for that on survay

Tried to return a $20 item (I had the receipt), but had forgotten my wallet. "Frankie" who worked in returns assured me that there was no way to return w/o the credit card. She refused to get a manager for me. When I came back the next day with my wallet, a different girl handled my return and somehow miraculously did it w/o the credit card. "Frankie" was standing nearby so I pointed it out to her and she vehemently argued that I never asked to have it applied back to my credit card. She would not accept any wrong doing and completely forgot that she is in a service business...

I bought the tools a week ago and released that they have good service.

We received superb customer service during our major appliance purchase. The prices of the items we bought were a better deal than any other store selling washers, dryers and dishwashers.

Another great visit to your store today. Your employees are the best. Went to Lawn and Garden department and received very friendly and responsive assistance from Cathy, Zach, and Jeremy. Please express my appreciation to them.

JP in cs didn’t assist us at all with a purchase of a riding lawnmower. Wouldn’t get a manager to be assist. Was very rude. Will not shop your store again

The most friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming Home Depot I have had the pleasure to shop. Some store clerks make me feel they are too busy to assist me, while Miamisburg folks make me feel they have been waiting for me to come in!
