I needed screws for my trailer door, and Martha knew exactly what I needed and help me find it, and was very reassuring. The customer service employees greeted upon entering the store, and knew exactly who I needed to speak to, and the cashier greeted me at checkout and thanked me on my way out. It was a very pleasant experience, and I will definitely shop there again.

I bought an oscillating evaporative cooler and I love it...purchased eaier today.

When I went in search of an item at your store. I had 3 employees that chose to do the bare minimum and were of no help to me. Along comes Ms. Audrey and she was the best blessing I have ever had. She did whatever it took to make me a satisfied customer. I will only return to this store because of Audrey. Give her a raise!!!!

When coming to purchase a big material order, bring your own loading help, or you will wait more than an hour for someone to actually start gathering what you purchased.

Bought a Milwaukee combo kit from here and the employees helping me were awesome.

I was buying a tool for a Christmas present. It was in the locked area. The gentleman got the tool, then he told me what it does, and we decided a different tool would be a better present. He got the new one out of the locked box and helped me from start to finish.

Cashiers Leslie and Marisela gave me horrible customer service. They need to be retrained or moved to a different Section of the store because customer service is not good at all

Had to get a new water heater, and Jerry helped us above and beyond what we expected! But he wasn't the only one. David and Jamaurie also made our experience better. We never have a bad time in this Home Depot. And I never want to bother with another store.

The two managers I talked with went above and beyond to make a way for me as a non-profit representative, to purchase a discounted refrigerator for a family with a medically fragile 6 month old. They both stayed past their shift to make sure all was taken care of. They were extremely friendly and professional!

Literally 1 guy for the entire store. The only reason it’s the second worse is because the store in Odessa is the absolute worst. Won’t be shopping Home Depot anymore.

The employees of this store are so nice and helpful, the product selection is great. Joy to shop this store because the good energy is contagious. You won’t leave in a bad mood. I got the best habanero plant ever from this Home Depot.

The whole store was a mess. Not one associate we asked for assistance stopped and took the time. No management on site was told by customer service manager. Was told we would need to wait in line at self check out even when two registers were open. Only to be disregarded by them and pushed into self check out while associated stood over my mother and I having to self check out being told by someone how to do it. Followed us to truck I thought to be half decent and help me load hot water heater. Only for Craig to say I don’t think i witnessed you scan the window. I had purchased the window so with receipt In hand standing in back of truck, with my 68 year old mother helping me load it all by ourselves I politely said that he could call the law. Worst ever customer service! If I owned Home Depot or had any investment in this company it would be sold or closed down. This store is the worst ever.

Employees do not help you. Go to Lowe’s they care about their customers.

Just wanted to thank the garden associates at this home depot. They were able to provide the answers that I needed to get my garden started. Thank you very much for time and smiles. Great customer service.
