We were in the market for a freezer, and kept hearing about shortages and issues from the media, so we visited 3 "big box" stores, which included this Home Depot. Big box #1 only had 1 freezer on display, no prices, no sales help. Big box #2 had 1 freezer on display, and several in boxes way up on the racks, and pricing info on racks over empty spaces, and no help either. Home Depot, our final visit nailed it. An employee in the cabinet area asked how she could help, called over the loud speaker for the rep, he left his break and was there in a couple of minutes. Very informed about products, comparisons, and personable, made the sale. He xplained everything about delivery, provided an folder with all the reeipts and info organized, phone numbers listed for him, delivery and service plan on the inside (nice touch)

While I was at the store tonight I lost an earring. Vanessa at the CS desk walked with me to the area where I thought I dropped it. She said that whe would continue to look for it but I figured it was gone forever. I left my name and number and drove home. As I drove into my driveway,I received a call from Vanessa. HOLY COW! She found IT!!!!! WHAT???? I cannot thank you enough for hiring someone that would go the extra mile that had ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with her job. THIS is character! Home Depot, give this woman a raise. She is what is missing in the face to face customer service world. #HomeDepotCustomerForLife

Midlothian Home Depot shiened again. Needed to do a refloor of two home offices. Hardwood and install for less than the product at other stores. This will be the 5th time Ihave had HD do floors for a home and never an issue. The product and craftsmanship of the installers is great.

Kelly was great. Provided great customer service, made sure we were guaranteed all and proper products. Was even friendly to my child. She made our shopping experience pleasurable.

Their Pro Department is great! Knowledgeable, informed and experienced with their product line and construction processes. Ask for "Brink!" I did have some problems convincing customer service to retain more than 7 days the early part of a split order so my contractor would not have to make additional trips for supplies.

Jasmyn made the purchase an easy transaction and navigated us to Tiisha for the manual and keys for our new zero turn mower would recommend .

The carpet department is not a place to go. I had the worst experience with my order from the moment I ordered to 7 days later still trying to get the carpet ordered and installed. Store staff were a matter of fact on trying to resolve the issue.

F O U R different associates stopped to ask us how we were doing and could they help us with anything! Two associates taught us - literally just taught us like we were professional contractors - how to fit pipes for kitchens and bathrooms and where to find all we needed. Midlo Home Depot has associates as knowledgeable and kind as the non big box stores! So encouraging. Shout out to Manhattan in plumbing - so wise, so down to earth, really great guy who takes his time teaching diy homeowners how to fix things. Keep up the good work Midlo Home Depot! Way to be kind and help other humans:)

Great store for shipping. I just need to learn where every thing is located in the store. Maybe more sales on items for lawn care and home repairs. Do not want to feel lost in the store. The service was great I just needed more information. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable about my questions. But some questions I did not know what to ask. Well, people can not read mind. (lol) Thank you for a good shipping experience.

I found the product I was looking for. Freddie new the product information like the back of his hand, which made my shopping experience great and easier. The store was clean and the item was easily accessible.

Did all my transaction over the phone. First spoke with Store Manger and he had Ruth help me. Ruth was excellent and so very helpful and thoughtful. Since I have had cancer, surgery, radiation and chemo; can not leave my home. Both the manager and Ruth took care of everything for me. In this nightmare time in this world; it is so nice to know there are still great people like them in the world. Thank them both for me!!!

This store had everything we needed. Karen, the cashier, checked us out quickly and was one of the friendliest representatives I’ve met. Definitely my favorite store.

I have shopped at this location for nearly 17 years and it has been a wonderful experience each time. They always have what I need and the prices are what I expect. They have folks working there today that I have seen in the store over the past 15+ years and that should tell you something is good at Home Depot as an employer. Keep up the great work!

Employees not helpful. They do not do first responder discounts. Will not accept military discount without ID on body. Rather go to Lowe’s who do it by phone number. Would have saved us $60 today. Clearly HD doesn’t care about servicemen.

The store cashiers should be trained on self checkout procedures and dealing with people.

I absolutely love this store. All the associates and the Managers are always helpful and knowledgeable for when my wife and I want to start a project. We have shopped here for years and will continue to.

Great store, always addressed my needs, Staff extremely friendly and going above and beyond to help. The Department supervisor Wendy Christian ordered the items online on HD website that were not available in-store.
