We had 3 things to shop for. A leaf blower, a pressure washer and a tree pruning saw. They didn't have the leaf blower we wanted in stock. We could not find the pressure washers and finally found a new box for the tree pruning saw. It was a happy day turning sour until we met Cherry at the checkout. She helped us get the added components my BD Boy wanted and we got happy again!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by "Bruce" in the area of lawn and garden. He was kind, professional, and respectful. I would suggest that if you are looking for someone who will assist you with a smile and someone who will go the extra mile--then you should ask for Bruce.

The Home Depot, in Midwest City, OK is a GREAT place to do ALL of your home improvement shopping. They have everything you need and prices are very good. The young black associate, who assisted with checkout is FANTASTIC! I believe his name is Paul! Very polite, professional, a great demeanor, and his smile is awesome!

Recently purchased a stove/oven and can't wait for delivery! Once in, We'll send photos!

I went to Home Depot to look for a washer and dryer. I was helped by an Associate named E.J who was very friendly and answered all my questions without making me feel like I was taking up his time. I would give E.J a rating of 10 for his attitude and helpfulness. Thank you E.J.

simply showing a valid military ID isn't enough to get a Military discount. you now have to save an email with a qr code to get it. if you can't afford to give a discount, don't offer one. making vets jump thru hoops is simply bad policy

Anyone who visits Home Depot #3911 in Midwest City, OK should look for a particular employee who's name is "Trent", if they are needing help with anything. Trent was very helpful and knowledgeable of the product we were shopping for, which was a hot water tank and entry door.

Not knowing how to grow mums, the cashier told me what I had done wrong in the past and how to grow . Thanks

Store didn’t have items listed on display and when I got to self checkout due to no staffed cashiers being open the cashier manning self check out was no help with problems with HDApp and military discout

Went to buy a couple garden things and went walking through the store, one worker from a completely different department went out of their way to help us and make sure he had everything okay. Our cashier was very friendly but could have done a bit more to make sure we had everything we needed but was still great!

Walked into the store with a huge list of large items and there were helpful employees around every corner who carried our many items to the front of the store for us.

Everytime I go in this store, I am greeted with kindness, today Linda in the garden center was very friendly and went along with my 4 yr Olds talking about everything. And engaged her instead of ignoring her. Thank you!

I recently went in to see where the marked down paint was and a young man by the name of Myles helped us. He was so kind and went an extra two, not one step to help us. He was genuinely kind and didn't have a bad attitude when he had to go the extra mile for us.

This store has always had superior service compared to others. I have never been disappointed. Yes I would recommend it to a friend. You need to build one closer to where I live in Harrah. OK. We are a suburb of OKC and we are growing fast. A new highway was just completed recently nearby. Check it out and think about it.

I placed an inline order for 10 circuit breakers. They arrived in a box 14x6x18 just thrown in the box with no packing material. I returned them to the store and asked to file a shipping complaint. I was given the corporate phone number to call, they referred me to the vendor who shipped them. The vendor would not address the issue stating they needed the HD order number ( not my order number) which of course was not given to me, So nobody has really taken responsibility for this extremely poor job shipping

I choose to plant a flower garden but wasn't sure I could do it. I visit Home Depot and found a great variety of gardening items. The retaining wall blocks worked well in putting my garden together.
