This review is based on my experience on 5/25/2021. This was an app purchase and store pick up. I purchased a 40V Ryobi lawn mower. 1 person wait at the pick up counter at 3 pm, about 2-3 minutes. Shala pleasantly took my info and asked for a minute to get my item. Came back out with a big box and I proceeded to take it home. Opened the box, charged the battery. I was getting a charger error and took just the battery and charger back. Janella was the next person who assisted me with the exchanged, Shala asked her to reach out to Sean, who got me a replacement battery and charger. We tested it at the store and confirmed the one I have was faulty. All in all about a 5-10 minute process. I got hone, took the mower and the rest of the parts out of the box and noticed it was used (rusting on bolts underneath plus dried cut grass). Loaded everything back in the box and took it back to the store. Ariel assisted with the exchange and Sean got a whole palette-full of new units. Caroline explained that it could have been a mislabeled return or open box. Took about 20 minutes since Sean had to get a forklift. Everyone I interacted with were very pleasant and empathetic with me and my situation. There was a gap with how I ended up with a used unit, but the behavior of the staff at the online pick up / returns counter that afternoon made it less annoying/inconvenient than it would’ve felt like.

On 4/30/21, department manager Cedric jumped me in the line while I had only ONE ITEM. He did this so rudely and didn't even explain himself. The cashier said he was doing a price check but not even the customer was in the line. So I asked the cashier, next time I enter the store I can reserve my spot in line while I go shop then? She had nothing to say and both did a great disservice as the woman who was allowed to skip me took 5 mins to check out with taking out a HD acct #, etc. only to say at the end that she wasn't interested. Shameful behavior Cedric, shameful and rude.

Nice and clean store. Everything was easy to find. I was in appliances looking for a fridge and purchased one with the help of Kiara in appliances. She was very nice and patient with me the whole time.

over all the store is organize.

it's busy but not a reason that employees lose their focus on customer friendly service...

Very good customer service all time, always smile and welcome. well organized store. most of the items available. I found everything here. Lumber dept. to appliance. or garden section always satisfaction service. Overall the manager always keeps eye on customer's request. Having a good price. I always going this Home Depot.

Duh I was NOT at a Missouri store I was at the Keller TEXAS 76248 store get your website fixed. It gets an F for wasting my time.

Although I am not in any home maintenance trade I do as much as I can around my own house and rely quite a bit on the expertise I am able to find at my local Home Depot Store. Clerk mixed up my credit card with another person’s name. Took 1/2 hour to get transaction completed.

I find everything I could possibly need for all my home improvement projects and all at a very competitive price. The employees are also very helpful and some go above and beyond in assisting.
