Store experience is good

If you love: good service, good pleasant people that don't ignore you, a fresh clean store, good selections, good prices, you are trying to do it yourself, and fellow customers that are in a pleasant mood. Home Depot on Montlimar is the depot to shop. From Entrance to Exit a hassle free experience.

I haven't been to this store for a while. Was very pleased with the variety of merchandise and the prices are very good. And virtually every employee I come across said hello, and asked if they could do anything for me. I had a couple of them show me the items I was looking for. The cashier was very pleasant. There was hardly any wait time getting checked out, maybe just 2 minutes. That's very quick compared to some businesses. I definitely recommend this Home Depot store to everyone. I'll be heading back soon!

I was shopping for a weed eater. I was greeted by an associate quickly and he did a great job telling about the different models and recommending a trimmer for me. I used the self checkout and was in and out in about 15 mins.

Store personnel are courteous and always helpful. Monique, Kris and Gwen are my favorites. I would recommend shopping here any time.

Allecia Edwards at the customer service desk was excellent ! As soon as I walked into the store , she greeted me in a very friendly way. She made me feel compelled to shop there. She made a transaction I thought was going to be difficult smoother sailing.

Grateful for the assistance I got from the Appliance Specialist at Home Depot on Montlimar Dr. We were able to find what we needed with Jeanette's help and we're looking forward to delivery and installation of our new fridge. Thank you Jeanette!

I am not sure if it was incompetence or indifference. Ordered material and supplies to tile my living room. Receive the call all of the order is ready to be picked up. Let the caller know I would be there in about an hour. After arriving I waited for at least a half an hour before being told all the order was not in and I would be refunded for the mortar. Not sure how they expected the tile to stay in place w/ no mortar so they canceled the entire order and refunded my money.

Great place to shop for all your home improvement and repair needs -- lots of good products, reasonable prices, and friendly people.

On my recent visit, one employee walked me to the exact spot where the product was shelved. That's not the first time employees have been friendly and helpful in this Home Depot. When I was leaving the cash register, another employee near the door said, "come back to Home Depot again." I feel like The Home Depot is my store!

I needed to get keys made, and I was promptly helped by the man in the hardware department (can't remember his name). We were chit chatting while he was doing it, and he told me about the children's workshop they do once a month, and I got really excited. This whole time, I was watching the cashier, Darlene, being extremely kind and helpful to all the customers checking out. As I was walking out, I asked her about the children's workshop, and she gave me more details, and was generally just a pleasure to talk to. It was an overall great experience. All of the employees I encountered were extremely kind and helpful.

This Home Depot always have employees available to help. I like that they ask for identification when using a store credit. NO ONE ELSE DOES THIS.
