Excellent service. Clean store.

Store was extremely clean and organized. Supervisor and one of the associates, Elias were very friendly and helpful. They understood what I was looking for and I appreciated their help.

The associates at customer service and cashiers are always efficient and friendly. The guys out in the parking lot ask if I need help loading or unloading merchandise. Supervisors appear to have a great relationship with their staff too. If I cant find an item, an associate always helps and will let me know when an item will arrive at their store or they search for a nearby store that has that item in stock. This store has clean restrooms and plays great music.

The customer service in this store is awesome!!!! Staff is so friendly and very helpful!!! Keep up the great work Monterey Park, Home Depot!!!!

As a general Contractor in the local area, I like to make sure my materials and orders and delivered in a timely manner and with no errors. This particular Home Depot's Pro-Desk associates go above and beyond my expectations. If I have jobs outside this area, I make sure to load up or order delivery from them only. High recommend This Home Depot and its Pro-Desk department.

Why would you block off both of the garden soil aisles with 40min remaining before closing on a 98f day?!?!!! When would you expect us to come out to shop heavy bulky garden items for the weekend garden work???

THE STORE IS A NEW STORE, HOWEVER THE RACKS HAVE FALLEN INVENTORY IN THE BACK AND THERE IS DEBRIS UNDER THE RACKS. A BIT DISSAPOINTING CONSIDERING IT IS A NEW STORE. DEPARTMENT HEADS SHOULD DO A BETTER JOB OF HOUSEKEEPING;

WAs very surprise to find so much selection in the garden department. Every time I go to this Home Depot I'm greeted and most employees are extremely friendly. Great custome Service. I recommend everyone to shop here.

I NEEDED FITTINGS FOR A PLUMBING ISSUE AND WAS SURPRISE WITH THE GREAT HELP I RECEIVED FROM THE PLUMBING DEPARTMENT. THE CASHIERS ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS GREET ME. I LOVE HOW CLEAN AND ORGANIZED EVERYTHING IS. DEFINITELY WILL BE DOING MORE SHOPPING AT THIS STORE.

nice clean store but very cluttered too many displays in the middle of aisles it makes it hard to get through especially when stores crowded and when buying lots of things especially when using the big carts

Edgar was very helpful with my Milwaukee Purchase and free GWP that they were promoting for 4th of July sale.

NEW CLEAN STORE, WITH HELPFUL STAFF.

I purchased a new washing machine. Store associates were readily available to assist me and traveled the "extra mile" to accommodate me. Store associate Wendy and cashier Angela provided me excellent customer service, both were: personable, knowledgeable, expeditious, and professional. In the display room Wendy answered all my questions and aided me in selecting the right product; at check-out time cashier Angela wonderfully expedited the purchase process... generally, a pleasant shopping experience!

This store is easy to shop, their products are organized, their sales associates (at least the ones I encountered) seemed knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Fernando was particularly helpful and customer serviced oriented. He resolved our issue quickly and to our satisfaction!

As I was going through the self check out counter, a store employee walked up to my cart and started searching it. I first thought she was trying to help me but no, she was searching for something, probably for items that she thought I didn't scan and was trying to steal. The worst part was that she didn't say a word. She searched, didn't find anything, then walked away. It was incredibly rude and insulting. @Home Depot - train your people better, that was not nice. If you want to touch all the carts, why provide self checkout? Also, why did she search me in particular? Was it the way I was dressed? What "bias" was in play here? Either way, you need to train your people about customer service.

This location in particular is very neat, well stocked, and always has friendly staff available if assistance is needed. I had a very pleasant experience with a customer service employee named Omar. He exceeded our expectations and did so with a lot of patience and kindness. Thank you Omar.

Dmitri, at the service counter has the best customer service I have seen in a long time. Dmitri is friendly knowledgeable and helpful. With so many Home Depot stores to choose from he is the reason I would go back to this store.
