Always good customer service here and the staff is really knowledgeable.

Karrina in the appliance department was an absolute Angel. She got us just what we needed and had it delivered exactly when we needed it. We enjoyed great conversation and laughed so hard we had tears in our eyes. She really is an asset to The Home Depot Team

Since the COVID-19 the Employees are nasty and very disrespectful

After a 10-12 min search I found the manager Shawn who was more engaged with his phone and conversation with co-worker Brian to provide adequate customer assistance. I didn't feel like a Valued Customer.

Friendly employees that are more than willing to help out. Masks set out at the front of the store, instead of you having to run back to the car when you forgot your mask after a long day.

This store is clean and Layed out so you can find things.The service area was the cleanest I saw it in a while.

Of the three Home Depots in this area I like this store's layout the best. It is relatively easy to find what you need and the staff are almost always super friendly.

Products were very easily located. Employees were EVERYWHERE and were friendly. All of them spoke and asked if i needed help. Mr Ed. helped me in tools. He was fantastic! He knew everything there was to know about tools, and the type of tools i would need for my project. He even saved me a ton of money by showing me different options of tool kits. He was very time efficient. He was one of the nicest people i have met since relocating to this area. In the pain department i worked with Liz, which has to also be one of the best this company has working for them. Knew everything about paint and related materials, and even took 15 minutes to explain every little detail to me to the point when i didnt feel confused anymore. And if 2 good employees werent enough, the cashier Mrs Diane was also very proficient and kind. Not once did i feel rushed, not once did i feel that i was in a unclean area. I am beyond impressed by the cleanliness and professionalism of this store and the employees. What a refreshing experience!!!

John in the paint department is amazing. He has alot of knowledge and is always very helpful.

Clean store, friendly staff. I have shopped here for a couple of years and I find the staff always pleasant. Whenever I get paint or stain the person helps me by giving advice and guiding me through the different products. Love this store!

I was doing some comparison shopping online and after I made a decision, I called the store to verify, Daniel answer the phone then confirm the item was instock, I told him "Im on my way", another associate confirm the item was sitting at customer service desk, Daniel pulled the item then helped me load it on a flatbed. GREAT TEAM WORK !!! and THANK YOU DANIEL !!

I HAD AN EXCEPTIONAL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AT OUR LOCAL HOME DEPOT TODAY. I NEEDED SOME PLUMBING ITEMS, AND, 'PAUL', WHO WORKS IN THAT DEPARTMENT, WAS VERY PLEASANT, ENGAGED, AND HELPFUL. HE EVEN PARTICIPATED IN A 'FACETIME' CALL WITH MY HUSBAND TO MAKE SURE I WAS GETTING THE CORRECT ITEMS. KUDDOS TO PAUL! THANK YOU, AGAIN FOR YOUR HELP!

I love this Home Depot! This store is always organized and very clean. During this unprecedented time of Covid-19 I feel safe as they are practicing social distancing, wearing masks and have sanitizer throughout the store. Staff is always there to help and very friendly. I will drive extra miles to make my purchases at the Mundy Township Home Depot. Keep up the great job - you are noticed!

This location is the store we shop and drive past other Home Depot stores. The management of this store demonstrates his employees really have a strong desire to please the customers. Thank you for being concerned about my visit to the Hill Road location.

Store is clean. Employees do the best they can. They do not seem to have enough help in some areas like appliances. I am an avid shopper an these days are very stressful with the virus.
