Wheelbarrow is in stock but not assembled. I cannot get the store to give me the wheelbarrow purchased or the pieces for me to assemble myself. They say there is one guy that knows about wheelbarrow parts and he only works one day a week and is backed up on work. Purchased Wednesday and it is now Saturday. I have gone to the store in person and phone calls. Garden center near wheelbarrow parts had bags of what looked like salt busted open that we had to walk through and equipement left in isle we had to walk around. Shelves and items were dirty covered in years of gunk. I told me children not to touch anything. We spent an hour in the store and never saw a garden center employee. The wheelbarrows are in pieces and it is not clear what kit boxes, tubs, wheels, or handles go with which wheelbarrow. We had to go to the service desk several times to try to purchase the wheelbarrow. They didnt know how to get us the wheelbarrow other than pay for it and wait for this one guy. We will have to request a refund and go somewhere else.

Found mulch on sale today but definitely needed help! Not a proble! Several employees lined up at mulch area happy to load up our order into the car, and with a friendly attitude!

I have bought several things at Home Depot but the last conversation I had on the phone with a customer service was the completion of my satisfaction she was very knowledgeable in the product that I knew I needed and went over all details with me before ordering excellent customer service.

Shawn and the pro desk always go above and beyond. Thanks for everything you all do for us contractors. Without you we couldn't exist.

I have been to all the stores in Phx area in Az & even to the Smyrna Home Depot. No one has ever asked me for my phone number in the paint area when I ask for paint to be made. I always brought in my empty paint can. Andi helped me and let me know it will save my paint info for the next time I come in. She genuinely cares about customers and because of her I’ll always shop at this location now.

Store is so clean and everyone was so nice !

It's a hit or miss when it comes to customer service. I went one time and do not plan to return. I'm giving two stars because two associates were kind and wanted to be sure that I would get the help needed. I purchased paint for the first time and was not aware of the wait time. I waited outside of the paint work area for quite some time. I decided to walk around and my paint was sitting there. I couldn't see it from my view. The associates never bothered to tell me that it was ready. I waited while having four children with me (one I was holding). The associates seemed disinterested and ready to go on to the next task. A heads up would have been great.

Found that this store has great staff that are friendly, willing and helpful. They go beyond just helping, they make sure you have what you need. Only reason I gave 4 stars is due to supply demands. Some items are not fully stocked.

Andi, the assistant store manager and her crew were so helpful and friendly! We had a lot of questions regarding a ride-on Toro lawnmower and they were all very helpful and knowledgeable. Jacob was also very helpful with the trailer rental and Rudy patiently showed us how the lawnmower worked.

The employees at this location are always very helpful.

I visited the store on a very busy Saturday. I was able to find what I wanted with the helpful aid of the cashier at the checkout counter.

Associates throughout the store were friendly and professional. Products on shelves were sufficient. Isles were easy to navigate though and easy to find producta.

Home Depot has an amazing selection of plants and home improvement items which are reasonably priced. The employees have always been extremely helpful. I'm sold on Home Depot for all my home improvement needs.

Great service friendly staff great place to shop

Having two young children with ASD, and shopping can be difficult in general. When staff don’thave knowledge of specific items they need to be willing to find someone with a scanner and help. Recognize I’m on narrowed time with my children and help me walk my things to my vehicle or at the least outside. Very disappointed with my visit. Rather drive an extra 20 minutes to another Home Depot if necessary for future.

Great help from employee she found what I was looking for with a great attitude and a smile . I will be back!!!
