Products are usually better than ones offered at other stores. Employees definitely more helpful. Mower I bought is better than ones at other stores. Got a good buy on it also.

Great service, had everything i needed

Had to make a couple trips to the store to purchase carpet. Both times the salesperson was available and ready to help us. I don't like to wait long and in our visits we were helped immediately.

Don't have to run around store trying to find help

Tim R. and Chris S. showed exemplary customer service. Tim helped me out with finding everything that I needed for my huge home project. I am new to fix ups and he explained how to use all the tools that I bought and how to go about putting down the click in floor that I had no idea how to put down. I feel confident know after his help. thanku Tim R Chris S as I was checking out informed me to register my tools that I bought so that I get the 3 year warranty which I would of never know to do if she did not inform me . thank u for that great warranty nugit. I will always shop at Home Depot I have never had a bad experience with them. The Myrtle Beach store has always come through.

Mimi and D. Traver assisted me on locating items and were very friendly, and helpful. I was able to get what I came for in 10 minutes or less and be on my way! Unlike other home improvement stores where the employees ignore you!

I crossed into another state to get what I needed by chance, the best decision I ever made and I’ll do it again. Not every visit will be perfect, but it only takes one time to make a impact, so Yes I will be back to get more of what I need

A guy named John, in the door department, went the extra mile this morning in helping me. He walked me around and explained all the doors and options to me. He helped me find the perfect door and even helped me to inspect the door for any defects. When the door I wanted had a defect, he immediately offered to get the lift in order to grab a door from the top shelf level. He got it down and again helped me to inspect it. This one was perfect. He then went a found me a cart. He was so kind and helpful. Awesome guy!! Thanks for good experience.

I had an issue with a broken part on the grill that I just purchased. After 40 mins of waiting and the 2 employees that tried to help, but disappeared Amani helped me and resolved my issue. It took way longer than expected which was frustrating, but overall not the worse experience.

The person in the Large appliances in this store is knowledgeable and was a help in ordering a new Range.

I went to Home Depot to order cabinets and counter tops for a kitchen remodel. The sales rep provided me drawings and an estimate based on my measurements. She told me that in order to give me an accurate estimate they would need to have one of their contractors take measurements. I paid the $99 for the measurements on 26 April, the contractor came and took measurements on 2 May. As of 16 July I still hadn't received the estimate. Every time I contacted the sales person, she had a different excuse. When I requested a refund, the sales representative pushed back, offering more excuses. Not until I threatened to contact corporate headquarters did she agree to refund my money. Representative was very condescending! I'll be taking my business elsewhere!

Marissa down in Pro was the most pleasant, Friendly, outgoing and told me about special offers. She made me want to come back to this Home Depot. She deserves a BADGE OR STAR!

Everyone who works here does their job and they do it well! Customer service is GOOD and I must say that Dan, in the appliance department, did a wonderful job helping us with our purchase, which we were unable to find at any other store, by the way. I have been in this Home Depot in the past and the employees are always like this. In other words, this is consistent!

Employee in appliance was not helpful.said didn't have a refrigerator did not offer to go look said we was late sale been going on for two weeks.start to go to parking lot find excite one we ask about the employee was John so be ware no help here

I like this Home Depot. Employees are helpful & friendly especially Sue at the front desk. She helped me with an item. This store usually has what I’m looking for.

Poor customer service. Mainly Kerry . She’s very rude in a polite manner

You need to replace some employees.

Larry from hardware helped me find my bathroom faucets. He even had to get the large orange ladder to find my two faucets. He was very helpful. If it was not for him, I would have shopped at Lowe’s.
