Amanda, service representative in the appliance section at the Hixson, TN store was extremely helpful in resolving my issue with an extremely damaged cooking range that was delivered to my home by the delivery service.

I have yet to have a bad shopping experience here. The store is always clean, the staff friendly, and well stocked with items I need.

Ashley & Bobette are AMAZING, both of these ladies always seem to be in the store when I come in and they always show such energy and passion for taking care of customers. I have NEVER had employees greet me by name and be so attentive, They make coming to THD even more enjoyable. I am so impressed by both of these ladies and how they treat customers!!! Give these ladies a raise!!! They are worth every dollar!!!

Took care of an exchange item for me. Bobette was able to help me after the refund went back onto my wife's credit card and I did not have any money to re-purchase the replacement item. I was very impressed with her attitude that they don't provide products, they provide solutions.

Bought plants and all went good

Needed to make a Home Depot run this week and was very pleasantly surprised when every employee I passed asked if they could help me find anything. When I did need help finding an item I was led to the exact isle. This kind of customer service will make shopping there so much easier and less time consuming.

I went in to look at power tools. I left purchasing a set of power tools and with a Home Depot credit card. Samuel helped me greatly.

Friendly welcoming, clean, well stocked store. Someone answered every question. I had a good time shopping!

The items I purchased seemed to do the job

Bought Maytag washer and dryer. Sales associate very helpful. I'm sure I will be back to purchase more items. I have the whole inside of my house to remodel Home Depot is a good place to shop.

First trip into the store a woman helped us find the air filters and had some super helpful advice on grease stains. Can’t recall her name. Todays visit Simon helped me find the perfect light bulb by trying them out until I found one I loved. Great experience both times.

For years our go to. They have actual respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and willing to help, employees. Alllll of them. We shop there, some weeks, 2-3-4x .. got a lot of projects … and I need a lot of flowers. We are elderly and we always are met with kindness and helpfulness. Thank you HD for allowing actual Customer Service…

Go see Kimberly in the wood dept! I was replacing a piece of wood on a bottom step of my deck and she helped find the wood, cut it to fit the measurements I needed and then helped me find the screws. Me being female, it was nice having another female know what they were doing and listened and helped me out!

We bought cabinets, countertops and had a great experience with the staff at Home Depot.

I am a 61-year-old female that does not have handyman qualities, lol. However, I tackled a little bitty closet project and needed a certain shelf cut. Sarah B and Daniel made that happen for me!

I bought a RYOBI lawn mower and weed trimmer from Home Depot. They did not tell me that they would not honor the two-year warranty that comes with both. The nearest RYOBI service is about 70 miles away. RYOBI does not return my calls. I suggest that customers not by these products from Home Depot!

The staff was very rude. I was very upset with how the staff was very rude and did not want to help anyone. They just stood in a huddle while we waited to get into the lumber aisle. It was very disappointing. I used to love shopping at Home Depot but the staff is just going down hill.

The girl in the paint department, Red, is the ONLY reason we came to Home Depot. She helped us last time we redesigned my daughter’s room. Now it was my son’s turn and we knew exactly who to see for expert advice. She was able to help him confidently decide what colors to use and which finish we needed. Choosing paint is usually a dreadful long process but she makes it quick and painless!

Sales rep “shell” did a great job answering all our questions in the refrigerator department, couldn’t ask for a better representative for the company! Super nice and knowledgeable

Can't hear myself talk

I Went to home depot today they had a large section of items and lower than competitors price on same items.

I couldn’t find plastic shims anywhere! Employee David Weyler searched until he found them even though they weren’t on the aisle where they were supposed to be!

I went in and made a purchase and forgot my Military Discount, I then went to the customer service, and she was happy to re-ring the whole order (there were probably 20 items) and rekeyed them without acting like she was bothered. Mr. Thorne in appliances was AWESOME.
