I came in with something I needed to return yesterday. My wallet was stolen recently on a trip and I didn’t have the receipt or card it was purchased on. I knew it would be a VERY long shot but Jeff went above and beyond to help me out. He was friendly, talkative, and incredibly helpful. He didn’t give up when I couldn’t provide all the needed items for the return, but instead called over Tim Baker who was also amazing. The two of them made what could have a very annoying experience actually fun. I mean, how fun is returning something you think is just a lost cause? They made it fun though. I will forever be a Home Depot customer at the Fort Collins location near old town. I’ve never had a better experience. Give those guys a raise ! They go above and beyond.

The manager Baker refused to honor the sales price displayed on the patio furniture, even after admitting it was incorrectly marked.

The employees at this particular Home Depot are ALWAYS so helpful. Specifically…. Blake, Tammie, and Kelly (was in kitchen upgrades) are consistently the ones that come to mind.

The pro desk ladies are the best here. This is the only Home Depot i will use in this town.

Trying to revive my gas grill. I was guided with care and happiness. I was given a solution so that my travels home (on foot) was within my ability. That's awesome! All three of you were what makes this company great. To the man I don't know your name in the grill section thank you very much. Crystal and Isaac, keep smiling! You all did a fantastic job. I will be back!

I love being able to rent items that I'll use once and not have to buy the item and never us it again. Love you for this service

1544 is the best Home Depot in Colorado! My fiancé works for Home Depot distribution and this is our favorite location to shop in-store

William did a great job at the front desk today. Even tho he had no authority to apply discounts for some reason, he had to call the manager back three different times to get me checked out properly... Poor guy. Give him access to do his job!...lolol He did a great job, even tho he probably felt like.."'why am I here?'"

Katy in appliances blew our minds with her service.

Spencer went above and beyond to help me when I messed up and failed to grab my receipt, then after that he took the time to help me fix my mistake and get me taken care of as a customer

I went to go buy a tool for my work angle grinder. I wanted a good one I got a good one and because they helped me so much I paid about half what it would normally be because they showed me where it was on sale recommend if you need something go to the depot Home Depot

The staff consistently never clean the self checkout stations or hand scanners. They funnel lines of customers to the self checkout stations but they won't wipe the stations down or clean the hand scanner guns. Customer after customer checking out during a pandemic and there are the team members standing there directing traffic but never lifting a finger to clean. Mention something to them and they don't care and still won't clean the stations.

I bought this thing that is made out of brown stuff. I am going to add tape and then put stuff in it. This is bar far the most innovative device I have come across in my life time.

Finally there is a place where a simple 5 minute interaction can take an hour and you can feel like a leper and watch orange aprons scatter at the first inclination of eye contact! Like speedy checkout? Well you better brush up on your register skills because at the home depot they don't believe in cashiers! AT ALL. The home depot motto "You come in my store you find your crap, you bring up your crap, you ring yourself out, you give me your money and get out of my store!"

The employees here were outstanding. Everyone was knowledgeable, beyond helpful, and super kind and welcoming. Shout out to Daniel in lumber especially for helping us cut our lumber and putting up with my confusion and helping with recalculations!

Store is friendly, supplies stocked when in store. Online usually matches what is in store. Over all I come to this Home Depot a lot and never have problems

I have shopped this store for years but my customer service today was exceptional. From helping select the correct product to loading it in my car Roger gave friendly, professional customer service that is greatly appreciated. It made my experience so much easier.
