The cashier Aisha was very rude, she made me feel very uncomfortable.

Been shopping in this location for a couple years and they usually have in stock what Im looking for, it is also easy to find someone around when you need assistance, store is clean, but main reason I would recomend this location is because of Tarsha, she is helpful, friendly, always makes you feel welcome and that you really are a valuable customer.

Employees were very helpful, Tarsha even provided some hand sanitizer spray on the way out

The customer service agents were not trained to provide website purchases. It took forever to get things correct and even then not everything was specified. They have to do better. Calling the store afterwards was terrible. No one answers. Had to try 5 times before I got someone. Ugh!!!

LYNNA WAS THE BEST PART OF MY EXPERIENCE

Purchased 2 toilets plus installation. Made it very clear ONE was an EMERGENCY situation, need installed immediately!!!! Was told someone would call that night or in morning. Never happened . I went back the next 2 days pleading for someone to call. FINALLY I got a call 1 week later -- by that time, I had already found a handyman who replaced leaky toilet.

If you are like me and rarely if ever go to a store like this, then read on, it might change your mind. I needed to get some additional shelving for my kitchen shelving pantry. Unfortunately, my size needed is no longer a common size. However, the person working that section came up with a great alternative. However, then I needed to have the board cut in half and really didn't want to have to go thru that.........however, the gentleman that handles the cutting of the wood (Jimmy() was finishing up doing a cut for someone when i walked up, but was done with that job within 3 minutes and at that time was more than willing to help me in what I needed. The the cashier pulled me out of a line I was in and not only took me thru her line but told me about a great promotion to get $25.00 of more purchase today if I opened up a line of credit with HD and get their card, which I did........so between the great customer service and the money off my purchase, I was a very happy customer when I left the store.

My family and I shop a lot... this time we wanted appliances and do we went to a couple of top places before coming to Home Depot. Although the competitors had similar products and in one case, even a slightly lower price on a particular item, i ended up spending my money with this store mainly because of how friendly the employees were in general. We were greeted as we entered the store and then we met a lady named Christina in the appliance depot who was so professional and informative that my fames did I just couldn’t leave without purchasing the things we needed. We are still talking about this different experience and can’t wait to return.

Lynna in the Garden Center was everything a great associate is, she enjoys her work and it showed thru her friendliness and constant smile. thank you Lynna.

Customer service sucks.

Disorganized - employees do not have a CLUE where anything is. I had the Aisle number and bay number - 06, bay EC1, and STILL TWO employees tried to take me to the other end of the store. Then when eventually one managed to show me where this bay was, right next to the cashiers section. Rick said here's the tool - there were boxes of it underneath the tool sample - I saw the tool I needed sitting on the shelf - he took it off the shelf (IT WAS NOT LOCKED UP, JUST SITTING ON THE SHELF WITH LOTS OF OTHER TOOLS) and Rick refused to let me touch it. He (RICK) who was wearing his mask below his nose - insisted on putting it at a cashier's till, I tried to take it from him but he refused to let me even touch it - telling her that I must go to THAT cashier and pay for it - even though there were plenty of other self pay tills available - LIKE HE WAS ACCUSING ME OF THEFT. DISGUSTING. If it was under lock and key, that's one thing, but there were DOZENS of tools and boxes just sitting on the shelf - yet apparently I'm not trustworthy enough to hold the tool and line up to pay. He told the cashier and pointed to me - telling her that she must keep it at her till until I've paid for it. IT HAS TO BE GIVEN TO THE CASHIER TO HOLD FOR ME. DISCRIMINATION - MAYBE THE COLOR OF MY SKIN OR GENDER - I DON'T KNOW - BUT HE HAD NO CAUSE TO TREAT ME LIKE A CRIMINAL. After I paid I told the manager and he said it's store policy when valuable tools are handled. ALSO treating me like a criminal - I explained that the tools are NOT locked up - they are IN BOXES ON THE SHELF - I could go back to that same shelf and scoop 10 boxes into my cart and go and pay for them - UNESCORTED - BY MYSELF. I told him that the boxes are OPEN ON A SHELF FOR ANYONE TO TAKE ONE, NO NEED TO GET A CAGE UNLOCKED OR ANYTHING - I'M APPALLED. But apparently I look like a criminal. He said he'd talk to Rick. RICK YOU NEED TO WEAR YOUR MASK OVER YOUR NOSE AND MOUTH TOO, OR YOU'RE SPREADING YOUR GERMS. I WILL AVOID THIS HOME DEPOT AND RECOMMEND EVERYONE ELSE DOES TOO - UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL. DISGUSTING.

everyone was so helpful . i was greeted by a cashier name Jane. she was so very helpful and pleasant to talk to. they should all be like her

My shopping experience at this store has always been positive. The overall appearance and cleanliness of the store, display of items and availability of stock is commendable. I like the options of cashier or self serve checkout which keeps the check out lines from becoming overwhelming. Staff was helpful, especially in the garden section.

Meredith in customer service is amazing! I continue to shop this location because typically the employees at this Home Depot location are always so friendly and very helpful. Meredith didn't disappoint! She was super friendly and knowledgeable about the products (even provided me a few helpful tidbits and helped me make an informed product decision). I couldn't locate my receipt to complete the survey, but Meredith was another commendable survey worthy experience and I had to acknowledge how great she was!

Every time I come to this specific location I have found everything I need, and even when I couldn’t find something right away the staff is always quick to help me. I pass other Home Depot locations to come here because of this amazing customer service. Big thanks to the whole team. You know I will be back again

I went to this location which I have always had good experiences in the past to pick up boxes and moving supplies in anticipation of my change of residence in the coming week. I picked up 10 boxes medium/large and a few other items. Once I reached the register area, a helpful associate suggested I could go to the the self checkout. It was there that I was watched within a few feet distance by an associate named Margaretta. I asked if there was something she needed from me, she didn’t respond. She watched as I scanned item by item, then had the audacity once I finished scanning to go through my items on the screen in front of me. She then made the remark, you scanned all of your items and walked away. I feel that my experience with this associate “Margaretta” was racially driven on her part. This is the first time that this has ever happened to me in a public setting and it makes me wonder how much she represents the core values of Home Depot. Whether she knew my professional credentials or not, I did not deserve to be stalked, harassed, and then made to feel like I would try to steal cardboard boxes worth $1.50 each. I will avoid this location in the future.

Customer Service is the key to success in any business. With that said, this store is beyond most! From the caring staff who pro-actively requested if I needed help (perhaps the perplexed look on my face when I went to the wrong isle looking for a certain type of light bulb). Then not only telling me the isle but ESCORTING me there, right to the product I needed was very impressive! (usually you have to find staff who then have to get someone from that department or just tell you an isle number and then disappear!) Even with her mask on, I could tell that she was truly happy that she had helped a customer! The cashier was equally cheerful and helpful. I had just opened a charge account with the store, but had not received my card and she showed me how to gain access to use it without the physical card! Then wished me a heartfelt Happy Holidays! You are doing a great job of selecting and training the best in class! Bravo!

Although this store has massive volume daily the staff keeps it running well. It may be chaos but its organized chaos.
