Excellent customer service, friendly staff, staff assisted me in each department, fast convenient check out.

I had a rather large lumber order to pick up today. I ordered online and although it wasn’t ready when I got there Zach in lumber helped me find everything I needed. He is quick and efficient when I needed a hand. This store is always clean and stocked.

I highly recommend the Home Depot on Skyview Ave. My wash machine crashed and burned and I had to quickly buy another one. I decided I would get a new set since they were 20 yrs old. Customer Service in the Appliance Section was excellent!! The 1st employee I talked to, quickly told me that Robert was the most knowledgeable and when he was free she'd recommend me speaking to him for more details. I appreciated her letting know that. When I spoke with Robert he gave me his undivided attention and answered all my questions professionally and in detail. I chose the set I wanted and then we sat down to finish the process. I wasn't pressured at any time in buying a certain type or xtra warranty. While we were finishing up, customers were lining up, he acknowledged them and said he would be right with them after he was finished with me. The customers appreciated his acknowledgment. 5*****

Once again like always, wonderful experience. I've finally started a huge backyard remodel. Lisa took the time to help me get / order, everything I needed from the garden department and even went as far to inform me of some ideas to help ensure my end project was a success. Walked me through multiple choices / recommendations, and even setup a delivery date within 2 days, when another store had quoted me 20 days out for delivery. I have never had such wonder customer service from any other home improvement store like. Highly recommend*****

Stacy and Chris went above and beyond in helping me replace a light up Christmas tree for my yard. When they were out of replacement lights they told me to go get the tree and return it.

This store is neat and clean and well stocked. The sales people in the refrigerator department know their product.

Overall, I am a fan of Home Depot over the years HD has provide my homes with several quality additions. There is one thing however that I am not a fan of, the congestion in all of the main aisles of the store caused by an increasing number of displays. On a busy day this makes for an aggravating shopping experience and aggravating is not how HD wants customers to describe their shopping experience.

Was returning an unused box of xmas app lights from last year I purchased with my Home Depot Credit Card and it went smoothly. Was assisted by store associate/manager not sure which but Andrew and was very helpful. Asked him where weather stripping was and his directions were spot on, amazing. Doing my visit I was greeted by multiple Home Depot personal, looked like a regional visit while looking at their xmas lights. Had a question on the app lights new app and Andrew again assisted me and answered the question very well. Way to go Andrew.

I walked in the store at 6:15 am, I was greeted at the door by a young man with a hello, may I help you ? The young man was more than willing to either help me find what I needed or find another employee who could help me. All through the store I was met by employees who wanted to help and were in an excellent mood wanting to make sure my shopping experience was above average. I met one of the friendliest cashier I think I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Her name is Juana, she has the absolute best attitude of any employee I have ever met, friendly, knowledgeable, eager to help in any way she could. She truly and honestly wants any customer, not just me to be completely satisfied with their shopping experience.

This is our preferred DIY store. It has everything and the prices are good. We bought carpet and were extremely satisfied. We like the Veterans Discount; there competitor does not offer one. We feel when we need help, we receive friendly and knowlegeable assistance. We highly recommend this store.
