It's always a pleasure shopping here. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If you need assistance there is always an orange tee shirt to help you. I like that the website gives you aisle and bin number that your item is located. Saves me a lot of time.

FYI...Despite the store being open at 6 am, apparently the garden center register and gate is not open until 8. As a result, after making only garden center purchases the clerk, standing at the garden center check out kiosk, informed me I had to go back through the store to check out and exit the building. I purposely went early to avoid the excessive crowds noted the day before. This is not a “give them a break, they are doing their best during a pandemic” situation. It is simply poor management. Having an exit/register closed during social distancing is counter productive plain and simple. Due to an online snafu I was unable to do a curbside pick up as I had done with earlier purchases. That service they have done well.

Ellie the cashier was more than helpful in checking out of the North Kingstown Home Depot. People like Ellie help make the shopping experience easier especially in these trying times. The store should consider her an asset and continue to try and hire people like her!
