The employees have bad attitudes- not a friendly place to shop

Friendly service great employees!

Home Depot, Evangeline Thruway. The only employee that could speak Spanish is no longer at Pro. It is hard to explain what we need in English. We don’t live close to your store and shopped there because you had a Spanish speaking person. YOU NEED SOMEONE THAT CAN SPEAK THE LANGUAGE. I don’t want to being my 10 year old to translate. A good stores caters to all. Would I recommend your store I’m not so sure anymore.

The employees that helped us were very friendly and extremely helpful! The garden center was fully stocked, and lovely.

This trip was not a success. Usually I have a great visit when I am at this store. It is Ambassador Caffery that has the terrible staff. But this visit the staff does not appear to want to be at work. Especially the cashier that waited on me 28 May '21. Ms. Tiajah you are a representative of the company that employees you. If they do not want to be at work - QUIT. They do not need employees with an attitude towards customers at their business especially during these stressful times. A smile will not break you.

Home Depot "North" on NE Evangeline Thru Way is a consistently great store at which to shop. I have had numerous occasions, including three today, when separate employees went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed. For instance, I have no idea how to seal an area of unsealed concrete patio. But thanks to "The Paint Lady"- Chris, I left with everything I needed because she took the time to ask some questions and give me the right products. Two other employees, Ailena and Zyhlen also displayed above average Customer Service during my short visit to the store. If you ask me, that is a pretty exceptional experience. It's not unusual for that to happen at this store location. Compared to "That Other Store", there is no comparison.

The specialist, S. Jolivette was very friendly and helpful.

Employees are very nice and welcoming. I know they are the cleanest of stores i have seen in a while. I would advise anyone that thats the place to shop.

CLEAN STORE, HELPFULL STAFF

I love shopping at this location, the staff is amazing, very helpful, knowledgeable and always willing to assist you. Alina is the best employee and translator and she was so helpful with assisting me with my roofing project. The store manager was great, cashiers, roofing materials guys were awesome, tool rental department guys provided great customer service too!

I like this store as it has great customer service and the aisles are not cluttered. Great selection of all items I need for my various projects as I begin my retirement.

The associates that I dealt with were extremely helpful and friendly. Charlotte, the staff at the customer service desk and Harold from appliances were all very helpful. They treated you like they cared. The store is always organized and they have tried their best to do everything ask during COVID. Even though I know they can not help the fact that people either won't ( so say can't) wear mask or wear them below the nose or chin, I think these people should not be waited on. There are too many people using excuses. Most of the people doing this are just looking around and could stay home if they want to do that.

Took an inordinate amount of time and effort to locate a manager to resolve my issue ( never found ) . The return desk had to resolve it and still no manager.

Every time I go I have no problem finding what I need and want. Cashiers are always cheerful

Very good shopping experience at Home Depot Evangeline thruway Lafayette Louisiana. Questions about products, prices, and location in store was readily available. Checkout and loading up of merchandise purchase was very efficient and no waiting. Very satisfied with my service at this location.

I noticed that the manager was on top of her game. Making sure everything was in order and store was very clean and everything in place. Also the friendly customer service I received from Edie in my purchase of my doors. Cashiers were also courteous and very polite. Great job northside Home Depot and associates keep up the great work.
