I was in grabbing some fencing supplies and my phone had died. A really helpful employee, Azucena helped us find a charger and helped us with the self checkout. She was really sweet and helped us a lot.

Bought recliner online, was not able to manually return to upright position so had to return. Box was destroyed in delivery, no questions asked once they found on account, only had few days. Was quickly removed from car and credited to account!

Not even a thank you for your service. A direct reflection on Store MGR Spisak and your team. I was given no other options , no override , no supervisor. ( amount spent that day in NMB $370.53)

One of the best Home Depot I have shop in. Great layout. Convenient to get to. Great garden section. Most of all the personnel are great people!!!

I just LOVE Home Depot. There's no way to explain it. They are the best of the best. The employees are always FRIENDLY, HELPFUL and CARING. They always go out of their way to assist the customer any way they can. I have NEVER had a Bad Experience at this Home Depot. There is another Home Improvement store close by, and they DON'T EVEN COME CLOSE to the Home Depot here in North Myrtle Beach.

I purchased kitchen appliances from this store today and was very impressed by the employee that assisted me, (Tim Chance). He was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel as if I was a guest in the store. Thanks to Tim and Home Depot in North Myrtle Beach for the wonderful southern hospitality shown to me.

I needed help with some gardening questions. NOt only did the manager take the time to help, but also spent extra time explaining the differences in the items I was considering, asking questions and providing a recommendation for the best item for my situation (and it wasn't the most expensive)

Terrific store. What sets it apart is the staff. Always very helpful.

As a disabled veteran, there was a no mechanism to obtain the discount if one forgot a phone. Poor system design. But that is ordinary these days. Home Depot proving themselves ordinary.

My refrigerator will be delivered this Wednesday 2/1/23 and I can't wait! I have a side by side now and I hate it but soon I will have my french door refrigerator again. I'll post pictures later.

I am not a fan of self checkout. However, of Barbara is working, she will bring you to her register and check you out. She is always friendly and has a smile on her face.

I went to buy a Christmas tree for the first time on my own since my husband is physically handicap now and can’t cut a tree down for us. An employee named Kenny spent over 30 minutes helping me pick out the perfect tree and then helped me load it up in my car. I cannot express enough how gracious I was for his altruism and genuine kindness. Truly a godsend! He went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected in an employee.

the sales rep that asked me if I needed help was very pleasant and went over the things I needed to know about the appliance and the things needed if anything is wrong with the appliance even on arrival to my daughters home
