If you are serious about completing a project, Home Depot is the Go-To store.

I paid $159 for this auger and it broke the 1st time I used it. Not even an hour of use. The entire attachment head and the area it attached to a now also clogging my pipes.

Although store needs more staff I was able to locate what I was needing. Store was great and organized.

I would not buy appliances from this store until they get some people who knows what they are doing & have more then 1 person in the appliance dept. They have way too many people up front just standing around as well

The store is clean. The people are friendly. And Gary in the plumbing department is the MAN! Need help with your plumbing problems, go see Gary!

It is one of our favorite places to shop. We seldom miss a day without of visit. Problems with purchases are easily and quickly addressed. Our dental office is nearby and we not only purchase many things for our home, but also items for the office. The area needing some assistance is Garden. I am certain the ice storm, long freeze, and spring wind and rain have made this area a challenge. I believe it could be helped with student part time help. The rest of the store is well organized and assistance available when requested at Customer Service. We also regularly return baskets that have been removed by homeless people and left in the area.

Best Home Depot location I've been to. All the employees are pleasant and happy to help. Highly recommend shopping at this location!

I would like to brag on Aaron in the wood section - he was funny, helpful,helped me carry my wood to the car and put it in for me making sure it didn't rip the carpet. Totally a wonderful employee. There was also a very nice older fella in plumbing and irragation that was wonderful. He knew exactly what I was looking for and put it together quickly. Even gave me some helpful hints. I sure wish I caught his name.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They are also knowledgeable about their area. I had one employee identify a plant for me just by looking at a leaf I had brought in.

Store #3902 is the best! Jason and his entire staff are friendly and helpful! They go above and beyond on each visit!! They always have plenty of merchandise stocked and ready for purchase!

There are several employees in the store who have retired from other careers and work here and really are very knowledgeable and work well with you! I really appreciate the man who works in plumbing whose name I did not catch, but, he is great!

Great store to shop at. I think they've made improvements that will make it more pleasurable to shop there.

Keep training the new check out area employees to stay on their toes to help customers. The first and the last impressions are what are remembered, and professional kindness goes a long way when you are leaving the store, or coming in.

This location is laid out well, always clean, and the staff are always very helpful and very friendly. The returns process is very stream-lined and I never dread coming to this store.

Jacqui was especially helpful at checkout and in great cheery mood greeting the customers... the gentleman in the AC duct area was exceptionally helpful getting what I needed... This is my go to place for things needed to work on my house. Midwest city is my 2nd choice if in that area.

Dangerous store, no one checking masks and many shoppers without them. Oh, and you have to check yourself out while two or three employees watch, rather than them actually completing sales.

The store is always clean

Employees were lazy and didn’t want to help. When we asked where to find products, the answer was always “I don’t know where that is,” “that’s not my department,” or “I’ll call someone” - and that someone never showed up.

Associate helpful and knowledgeable. Cashier friendly...her name was Cindy
