I had great service from the agent in the water heater section and another agent who helped me load it in the car. The manager Maria was however rude and very unprofessional and unworthy of her position.

I bought a tools and it's a good product.

I rented a Penske truck and car carrier that I picked up here. I was concerned since I didn't know if the Home Depot employees would be that helpful with my questions (e.g., how to load my car). But they went above and beyond. Scottie, Michael, and most of all, Debbie - answered all my questions and got me on the road. It was an extremely, extraordinarily, positive experience - exactly what Home Depot and Penske should both want to see. Thank you Scottie, Michael, and Debbie!

Staff in the nursery department were extremely helpful.

Every time I go to the Napa Home Depot, I receive excellent customer service. Having just moved from Sonoma County, where Home Depot typically has the reputation of being served by retired folks (I'm one too, so I'm not being disrespectful) who seem overworked, and are a bit disgruntled and slow to help, it is refreshing to get quick and knowledgeable customer service! On my most recent visit to the Napa store, I received assistance from Chrissy, and she was awesome! Not only did she help me with my search for the right garbage disposal, but when I found myself in the garden department and had a question, she was there too! Chrissy is an excellent member of the Home Depot team, and I hope they recognize her for her outstanding service!

Store is very hard to navigate and personnel are not customer friendly

DOT & KRISTINA @ your Napa Store provided CUSTOMER SERVICE far above ordinary service. They were welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to provide me with the help that I needed. When another sales associate actually broke a branch on the tree I was purchasing, they went out of their way to first console me and then provided a remedy for the broken branch.

Friendly and helpful staff. Store always stocked well.

The store is clean. Why do you still sell Roundup when it has been proven to cause cancers in people and is destructive to our environment? As our climate changes and there is less water, we need to keep all poisons away from our water resources now. Gardeners can use a natural mix of powder garlic and water to deal with unwanted insects or A mixture of Dawn Soap, Glycerin and water. The first example is used by Queen Elizabeth gardeners and the second example is used by Disney’s gardeners. Also, no chemical red dye should be added to any hummingbird food. The red dye affects the hummingbird’s beck and their tongue. Just a solution of sugar and water is necessary or buy and plant bottle bushes and honeysuckle. To make your own hummingbird solution use 1 cup of sugar and 4 cups of water and bring to a boil and let cool before pouring in a glass hummingbird bird feeder.

I usually find what I am looking for.

Possibly the worst Home Depot in existence. Definitely the worst hardware store in Napa and surrounding counties. Store is dirty and disorganized. Employees are not helpful at all. They are not even able to help find products in the store, can’t imagine if I actually had a question regarding a product. The only people I usually interact with are the other frustrated customers. At least they are willing to listen to my complaints and provide some help.

Excellent stock conditions.Quick checkout. If you dont where what your looking for is it can be a little difficult to find someone on sales floor to help you.

Garden Department: Poor compared to several other Home Depots.

Horrible custom service. Failed installation twice. Torn up kitchen with no option to correct in middle of pandemic. No counters after 4 months. The most unhelpful, unprofessional managers. The paying customer is always wrong at this store!

Working with home depot on completing my mother’s counter tops has been the most awful and unprofessional experience. Today the second attempt from Home Depot to put in a properly fit counter was a complete disaster and for the second time it did not fit. Home Depot has left my 80+ year old mother in the middle of a pandemic with no way to prep food, wash dishes or use the kitchen counters. They deconstructed her counters, sink, faucet and left her high and dry. The managers of the Napa store would not take interest in the case or call me back. After the first missed attempt I had to hire a handyman to install temp counters and hook up the sink, faucet and dishwasher so my mother could use her kitchen. On the second fiasco of attempted install they did the same and deconstructed her space leaving her with nothing yet again. No apologies, no compensation and no date for new counters. I had to demand my money back but have lost so much time. Home Depot abuses Elders by lying, taking their money and not preforming. Shame on all of you Home Depot managers!!!!

Store employees are smart... kind.... patient and amazingly dedicated to making sure your experience is five star. Each and every time I shop there. Love it.

Pryia PXD1375 made my HD experience seem like a mom and pop high touch experience. Lawerence the manager enable and highlighted how talented he is with both his employees as well as our experience navigating and pulling together our very large order. Nice work team Napa!

I Special Ordered a sheet of 1/2" thick X 4 X 10 foot long plywood. Pre paid for this plywood sheet. Associate said it should arrive in about a week. After about 2 weeks, I called the store, as I never received a call, text, or email. Said it was there, so drove to pick it up. An associate, her name was Annette, tried to locate it. After various location searching, she came to find out, it was sold to someone else ! She had another associate help her with the computer re-ordering. Her name was Marisa. They give me a generous discount, for their mistake. Both these lady's steeped up to the plate, and helped me with my problem. In as far as Home Depot doing "The right thing", which I greatly appreciate, this puts me behind in my project. Since this store is only 5 blocks from where I live, I do visit it often. I also very much appreciate the return policy you have. Keep up the good work, and don't forget to tell your associates to ask the customers, "How can I help you".

The store is okay, and is close to my residence.

I went into your store to buy a Milwaukee rotary tool for work was followed by security like I was stealing something spent over $100 in your store felt very uncomfortable shopping in your store I work hard for my money I don’t need to steal things and as being a former employee of this Home Depot I’m also very embarrassed

Wow...what a bummer. I am building an 1400 sq. ft. deck. I applied for and received a Home Depot credit card. My total purchase was over $8,000. I did NOT receive the 6mos. interest free financing as advertised. I did NOT receive the $100 credit for first time purchase using my card, as advertised. I HAD to special order the wood as the Napa store has NO inventory. In order to have this huge order delivered, at a cost of $79, I had to agree to a 15% return fee, in which Home Depot will deduct $5.55 from any defective returned boards...boards that cost me $37.36 originally. PLUS I paid $79 for delivery.

Ebenezer was absolutely awesome and made my day. All-Star employee with an awesome attitude.
