We are painting our kitchen and had to remove wallpaper, Jo in the paint department went above and beyond to help us and answer every silly question we had . She is so knowledgeable about her product and all areas of wall coverings and is a five star employee

I hate the new layout of self-checkout, and only having 2 cashiers not very convenient. I want and prefer a cashier to check me out for the items I purchase.

I listened as he helped other guests before me. He really spent time to meet their needs. When it was my turn, he researched was I was looking for and when he didn't find it, he called someone else. He actually spends time to make sure you leave the store with the items you came in for.

Items were much more neatly packed ( not cluttered) Service was friendlier and more willingly helpful than other Home Depot outlets I have been to.

Berlyn was extremely helpful with my window return. She was very sufficient with her resources to make sure my return was done in a timely manner. I was able to leave &get my window installment done that same day!

Just to name a few, Tom in appliances, Sam (I am), and John R. They were all outstanding, friendly, and knowledgeable.

It seemed good to go shopping and have helpful and friendly employees. I had several of them stop to make sure I could find what I was looking for or ask if I needed help. I was thinking that they acted like "they liked what they were doing and not just doing a job."

If you're going to home Depot to buy paint make sure you go see Danny a+ service.

I always have a great experience shopping at Home Depot

I was buying plants and a employee ask if I needed help and directed me right where I need to go.

I received immediate assistance from Joe who walked me to the aisle where my item was and Danny who further assisted me with that item and others I needed. Danny was extremely knowledgeable and professional not to mention welcoming as I was waiting on him to come down from the hydrolift to enter the close out aisle and he saw me waiting and came down without hesitation to alllw me to enter the area to look for my item.

I shop at home depot regularly and they always are helpful with helping me insure I am getting the best materials and right tools for any projects I am working on. Thank you Home Depot.

Started looking for Kitchen counter tops for our Home Renovation project, walked into Home Depot which I have visited often looking for Quartz or Granite material, our sales rep Cam came over and provided all the information we needed including sales promotions on the products. He answered all our questions and made the whole process enjoyable.

Slow with getting back to us on a simple flooring quote. It took 3 calls, a week and 2 managers to actually get one. They told us 24hr, the so called flooring specialist Cameron Luke was confused himself about the notes and extremely inconvenienced and bothered by our presence. I will shop HD again but only when I know what I want and not needing any assistance or help from their staff...
