It seems I generally need help finding what I'm looking for when I go to Home Depot because it's usually some small thing -- all I need to do is ask, and someone is always available to help. In addition, one time I purchased a 3-shelf chrome stand to store laundry supplies on that would have taken me forever to assemble, and someone assembled it for me.

I prefer Home Depot over others. There is an element of trust and confidence that other stores don't have. I believe the employees respect their employer and therefore desire to please.

Some employees are very busy to help you and some can't do enough for you.

Whether I find exactly what I need or not, I know the employees will be helpful and friendly!

We mentioned offhand something we were working on while we were checking out. Carole recommended a product, told us how to get to it, it was on sale, how to use it.

Love that employee's are always helpful and know what their talking about majority of the time

In the past 3 months I have purchased a washer, dryer, freezer, Ryobi weed eater and edger, Ryobi shop blower, 2 batter chargers, and 4 batteries, 3 bags of paving sand, and 2 small animal traps. I appreciate the guidance that I have received from employees working the floor each time. They have been wonderful and that along with competitive pricing is why I keep coming back.

Employees are always friendly and courteous. They are also informative. If I aske a question they cannot answer they find someone who can.

Purchased a refrigerator and a vacuum from this location and the customer service was awesome. James was our salesperson and he was very knowledgeable, patient and positive. The store was clean and it was very easy to get in and out without a long wait. All the associates spoke and made sure we found what we needed. I will definitely return.

The store is clean and representative of the overall excellence I've found at Home Depot. I have recommended this store many times among my friends and to the company's credit......I've received a military discount in appreciation for my 27 years of service.....thank you.

Like the store, they were super helpful don't trust corporate Home Depot as I am pretty sure they give to causes that undermine America, and morals!

The store was neat and clean. Was greeted when I walked in. Ethan helped me find EVERYTHING I needed. Cashier was fast and friendly. Highly recommend this store.

Every time we shop here (which is frequent) the service is excellent. This evening we had the pleasure of having Chris assist us with a large roll of heavy gauge service wire. He was helpful, had a positive attitude, helped us all the way through to loading on our truck. As we were leaving I noticed him high-fiving/shaking hands with a few other young men who help out. Even though we were shopping at a big chain store we received small town service. Keep up the great work!!

I always enjoyed my Trips to this Home Depot and from here on out I will find that young lady by the name of Jenn to help me every time she was extremely helpful Hands down

Very clean and well stocked with great sales. Can always find what you are looking for with organized aisles. Staff goes above and beyond to help with smiles and friendly service.

Top notch customer service and wonderful product selection!

Great store with very good product selection and well formatted in order to locate such. The associates are friendly, caring and helpful, particularly the ladies in appliances and paint. I’ve made hundreds of trips in and out of the store.

This store has a lot of products, but doesn't have enough floor support to locate the products with you.

Employees are always helpful and knowledgeable regardless of what "odd" thing you may be looking for!

I am an Electrical Contractor. Currently, we are all struggling with the supply chain (As is Home Depot and other vendors), the employees at the New Albany Store #2016 always keep me up to speed with deliveries and the supply chain so I can stay ahead of my customers and complete the jobs required.

I visit this location fairly regularly, and the one thing that never changes is the positive attitudes of each employee there. The store manager is always on the sales floor offering assistance and the employees follow his leadership. You can tell that the employees are dedicated and enjoy working there.
