went to purchase lattice and there was only one piece of large hole 3x6 I needed 3 piece of 3x6 small hole lattice I could not find a sales associate

I get all my stores mixed up. Just realized I filled out the wrong information previously :( Thought I was evaluating my recent purchase in Waterbury. New Hartford was an excellent shopping experience too.

Went to find some replacement plants. The supply was endless and all reduced fairly - great condition. Very helpful in the garden department.

I primarily use PRO services. For this purchase I did. I order all of my concrete through Home Depot. The PRO Service desk representatives are always helpful and provide excellent customer service. I have never had a bad experience with them here at the New Hartford, CT location. It is a good feeling to know that I can rely on Home Depot to have fair prices and offer delivery. It saves me time and money.

Easy to shop, super clean, garden shop was so nice. Friendly employees, nice music and felt like a park.

Ordered a dryer from this Home Depot. Was cancelled on for different reasons twice. Waiting to see if I will finally receive my order or if they will cancel for a third time. Do not recommend. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I prefer this location versus the Waterbury location as it was less traffic-y and seemed to have more items available that I was looking for. The store was clean and the associates were very helpful.

Such a great group of workers and such a well organized store!

We were shopping for deck stain on Saturday night at about 7 PM. It seemed to be the time when everyone had paint/stain questions and needs. There was only one employee in that area, and Jeff was superb. He never stopped, going from one customer to the next , answering questions, mixing paint, and keeping everyone happy. At least twice he stopped to assure that the next person in line was the one who got served. This was a challenge because there is no identifiable place to line up at the paint counter. You may not need paint or stain today, but when you do, look for Jeff.

The store is clean and signs are well displayed and visible . The store has actually good curve appeal very welcoming and has plenty of parking space. Most of the older male employees are well informed , knowledgeable about the products and friendly. they helped me several times to cut my lumber I bought.

When i need specialized assistance i go to this home depot, even though it's not my closest one.

I needed to have keys made but the do it yourself machine was out of order. It was almost closing time and i went and asked Jon the cashier in the contractor's checkout. He called the department and no one answered so he asked the manager if he could help me out since he knew how to use the older machine. Jon went above and beyond! Thank you again Jon, you are a life saver

The store was clean and easy to navigate. When Home Depot first opened the employes would go out of their way to say Good Morning, afternoon, evening, but now some of them walk past you like you were not even there, and you only get one opportunity to make a first impression. I would like to see the friendliness and welcoming return to what it used to be.

Everyone in this store has always been very friendly and helpful. I like the houseplant selection and the variety they carry. Any time I've needed help, I've always been able to find someone right away to assist me.

Appliance Dept. - Very knowledgeable and helpful sales associate. Very pleased with the time he took with us in selecting the correct product and walked us through the delivery/ installation process.

The checkout cashiers in the PRO section are very helpful, especially Barbara.

Was in today4/23/19! Have a fractured back, two younger store associates helped with everything, cut my wood to size, loaded everything up for us, found everything we needed for us. A big help!! They were moving fridges originally and dropped what they were doing to help out, then had to go to paint department and the man working there was very helpful,
