Holy freaking moly! Not only was the associates helpful, all of the managers were helpful as well! I can't say thank you enough to the mangers…Diane, James, Kevin and thank you to the associate Michael for all that you have done with my 12ft Skeleton and 12 ft witch. You brought me to tears of joy for going above and beyond helping me with a miss-hap situation and made it right! I'm so grateful and appreciative for all the managers and associates that were involved that made this right!! Thank You for all the associated that helped me cashiers, customer service, and floor associates. You guys have made two 7 and 6 year olds super duper happy thank you thank you!!!!

We recently moved into a new home and have been at Home Depot in Newburgh every single day purchasing items needed to settle in. On our last visit we purchased 2 metal wire shelves. One was very heavy. My husband and I were unsuccessfully trying to load it onto a trolley . An employee came from the back of the store obviously on his way home when he stopped and helped us even though he was off the clock. This helped more than he could ever know. We didn’t get his name but hopefully he will remember this and accept our thanks.

The Customer service representative Sandra is a very rude and nasty. She need to be removed from the service area.

When I thought the product I came for was out of stock, Stevie in the Lumber Dept helped me locate the bags of sand outside the store, and then loaded all (12) 50 lb bags into my vehicle. I really appreciated his help!

In this day and age, I have come to almost expect customer service to be lacking, bored, disinterested and sometimes down right rude. The Home Depot in Newburgh N.Y. has always been a pleasant surprise to me every time I go. Always friendly. Helpful and usually go out of their way to help you out. Always a pleasure to shop at my favorite place!

SALES PERSON WAS AMAZING

If you are going to purchase power tools be prepared to wait for extended periods of time. No one wants to help and everything is locked away. Took me two days to purchase a circular saw and I ended up buying one that I didn’t even want because it was the only one on the shell accessible. Staff has no urgency to help customers and the customer service is horrendous. I will drive all the way to Fishkill or Middletown from now to avoid the grotesque disregard for customer service in this store

Rolando went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Stock was extremely low but he still somehow managed to get me what I needed!! Thank you

Generally speaking the store is great. 99% of the time has things in stock (despite the app saying otherwise). However, my biggest gripe is this, I don't know if it's just this store or corporate wide but, when I go to Home Depot, I expect a cashier. I know a lot of people use the self checkout now since Covid hit and that perhaps due to illness or fears of the general populace, maybe there aren't as many cashiers, and that's understandable. HOWEVER, after a certain time at night (I believe 6pm, or 8pm I forget which) there are NO cashiers, and you are FORCED to use self check out. I get that after a certain time of night business drops off but to have NO cashiers available and force the customer to do the whole transaction themselves is rediculous. Worse yet HD(at least this store) doesn't even offer a discount for having to do their employees job. Now I know this may not seem like a big deal to most, but dang it I'm a union man and this is literally taking away peoples jobs. And no before someone makes a comment I don't care about a discount, heck my average bill from any trip to HD is well over $200, my gripe is the fact they take away peoples jobs with these self check outs, and heaven forbid there's an issue you need a cashier anyway.

Steve in lumber area his customer service Extraordinary. He goes over and beyond each and every time I visit the location for my ice and craft projects such a pleasure.

The associates were kind and friendly. They attend to your every need until you are completely satisfied.

My shopping experiences at Home Depot Newburgh have been incredible. Paint department is so helpful and takes the time to share their tips with customers. Even on a busy holiday weekend, the staff were friendly, the store was clean and everyone was so helpful!

Never received full credit for items returned, was told associate would call me when went back to store, never received a call from 03/22/21. Was told by customer service nothing they can do call gift card company. Gift card company said call home depot. $94.00 lot of money to leave on the table. Especially when I spent $8,900 with you guy the year before on a complete swap out HVAC system

I was greeted by the most AMAZING man Stevie/lumber he was prompt courteous knowledgeable dept/products I needed plywood cut he said saw out service few weeks He saw my frustration been sleeping lr floor since my dogs injury 2/1/21 need to build a ramp surgery 3/4/21 cannot use stairs I showed him drawing he showed me alternatives helped with drill loaded & secured lumber He wished Kozmo well He took the time he cares he's an Asset extremely professional I went back in store to tell Store mgr Stevie already engaged with another customer Please fix his saw
