MY entire house is Home Depo, Next project is kitchen!

There were a lot of orders in the lumber aisle waiting to be picked up. This made it hard to maneuver

The employee Donta went above and beyond to help me get what I needed and provided amazing customer service.

Everyone today was so helpful! I've been to home improvement stores before where it was impossible to find someone who worked there. At this store, there was someone at ever key department and they helped me find what I was looking for.

Shoutout to all Employees at the Newport News Home Depot. Kind and didn't mind helping at all. They take you right to the location and make you feel like you matter!

Bought two gallons of Behr Scuff defense semi-gloss paint for doors and trims.

You cannot use military discount at the register unless you've pre registered with home depot... even with ID...

I found the shrubs I needed and they were half off.

I buy 90% of my Electrical Supplies from Home Depot. East and Convient place to shop at. Return Policy is Excellent.

Freddy went above and beyond to help me find equipment that I needed as a new homeowner to Newport News. Took his time walking me through the store, explaining the benefits of different items, got a cart for everything so I didn't have to carry anything, and finally, went above and beyond by popping my new windshield wiper blades on for me. Excellent service! He even helped me figure out supplies I'm going to need next month for an upcoming project - so nice to know the help is there even if you're not making the purchase right then. Big shout out to Freddy, as he was a great representative of the HD brand.

Jenny, in appliances, was great! She was knowledgeable and had a sense of humor. Ask to work with her!

The manager that helped us this evening was amazing. The young lady Alyssa had a wonderful disposition and was patient with us.

we went to four different stores before we ended back at Home Depot to purchase our refrigerator. Our sales person Miss Portia Johnson was amazing. She has so much knowledge about refrigerators and she was so kind and she took her time with us and answered all her questions we are very happy with our refrigerator purchase which is coming this Saturday.

A new grill! Many choices. But found just the one for the last of the seasons cookouts! Oysters are hot! Cheers!

Meet Paul T! The man knows his store! He secured my items quickly, even though one had been moved to a different location. Carol, my cashier, was friendly and we shared a laugh. I will seek out these two on my next trip!

Totally pleased with my new LG (thin Q) dishwasher. So pleased, that I upgraded my refrigerator to match.

Went in after a day of trying to find a freezer after ours went out. Other locations sent us on a wild goose chase telling us other places had what we needed when they didn’t. This location had one floor model left and were willing to let us buy it. They helped make sure it was working, talked through all warranty questions and they took special care with us to get it in the truck so we could get it back tonight to save all the food that was going to spoil. A really helpful team on a really bad day.

Great customer service and the natural wood selections ( baseboard, qtr round, etc) are usually in good shape and you don't have to sort through to find ones that are suitable for installation. great selection of a variety of products!! Makes it even better when the customer service is 10/10 like at the Newport News Home Deppt!!!! highly recommend

Online and 800-customer service no help. We went to the store customer service desk and Catricia was amazing. She got it figured out, verified in stock, went and got it off the shelf and completed our purchase. Competitors could sure learn from her.

Bought a Dewalt battery chain saw that had been obviously returned. Saw did not work when I got home with it and found the casing melted around the chain drive gear. When the customer service clerk was asked if returned items were verified operable he replied that if it is returned satisfactorily, no. He became beligerent when I asked to see a manager.

Went to store, they were shorthanded, called main store # and Laura came back to help us purchase a dryer for my parents. The whole transaction was less than 10 minutes. Thank you, Laura!

In light of yesterdays mauling at a Colorado Home Depot, this Home Depot needs to reevaluate it's dogs in store, particularly off leash, policy. Mastiff aggressively sniffed me while off leash and loose in store.
