Kelly made my visit ultimately the greatest! Not only did she make me laugh she helped me! Best personality and willingness to help! She definitely went above and beyond!!!!

I was not greeted at arriving at Home Depot, because looking around they were all helping other customers and that's what we like to see.

I am glad I could find this tool as I could not find this tool anywhere else...

Two men in loading area refused to help us load our trailer with the 20 picnic tables we had purchased there and they told us "NO". They stood and watched while a 63year old man and two 80+ year old men struggled with these tables. When finished they continued taunting the 3 men. It was a horrible experience!! Will NOT visit this store again!!

Beth at the Niles location needs to find a new job if she doesn't want to wait on customers. She is unprofessional and rude. It's seems as if she prioritizes socializing over doing what she is actually paid to do, ring out customers. And the way she talks to her co-workers is so unprofessional.

I shop at this home depot for almost all of my handyman and hardware needs. I have the app so it tells me exactly where everything is located and the employees here are absolutely great

If you need help with appliances look for Rich. Most likely he will greet you first and find what you are looking for and out the door.

I bought 22 Liberty Capital cabinet knobs to replace old ones. They are beautiful and have transformed my kitchen! Very happy with the quality and look of them.

I really wish the person checking me out would stop answering the questions for me I depend on my email receipts for tax purposes this has happened at least 5 times now!!

We recently moved from Medina Ohio and. Always used that Home Depot. And going to Niles store also friendly, helpful employees. I am 74, retired, Vietnam Veteran.

When walking into Niles Home Depot I feel like I am walking into a HD commercial. The staff is so great!! SO Friendly & Helpful!! From Jewelia who stocks the shelves in the mid mornings, to Cheyenne who helped me in the kitchen redecorating area to Mike and Marc in appliances!! I really think y’all deserve the golden star reward cause y’all go way above and beyond for all you do for customers!!

I needed to fix an old TV tray of my Moms and needed to find something to replace the broken part of the tray. This kind gentlemen working there by the name of Rich came to the rescue and removed the broken part of the tray and replaced it with a screw with a nut to hold in place. He couldn’t have been more helpful and was determined to help me get it fixed. He should be rewarded for his great service. You don’t see that anymore. But this store is very special and the people really care. Thank you Rich!

Dylan called and had someone get me 20 bags of Vigoro well I went shopping for the rest of my needs. The man in hardware helped me too, as I was walking through the store I was greeted so many times by employees whom seemed to be happy working there. They make it fun shopping there.

Parker is an excellent employee at the Home Depot in Niles. Parker assisted me from product inquiry to help out the door. I was highly impressed my Parker's professionalism, kindness, respect, knowledge, and assistance. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE - store #3808! On Saturday, 5/29/21, at 8AM, I came in to purchase 40 gray Veranda 12’ deck boards. As I was staring up at them, DAVID asked if I needed some help. He immediately got the boards down, get another employee & they loaded my husband’s pickup. David recommended we needed to use ratchet straps. David took me to their location, showed me what to purchase & he installed them on our load. We are in our late 70’s and DAVID’S HELP WAS EXCEPTIONAL! You might also be interested to know: Your store’s website of in stock merchandise is spot on. On 5/20/21 we went to purchase these boards at another Home Depot location whose website said they had 140 in stock but they actually only had 5 and couldn’t say when they would get more. On 5/28/21, your website said you had 61 in stock but I didn’t trust it so I drove to your store to make sure you had them. Your count was correct, so I got my husband to bring his truck over the next morning, 5/29/21, & another customer was buying the same thing. Luckily he only needed 16 and I got the 40 I needed. That left 5 in stock and your website showed 5 in stock immediately after. GOOD JOB STORE #3808.

Placed an order at the Niles store and set up a delivery date. On the day of delivery, never received a call from the driver and the delivery never showed up. Called the Niles store the next day and was told the Austintown store cancelled my delivery and rescheduled it for another day. Received no phone call, no explanation, nothing concerning this. Niles employee said she would figure it out and get back to me. She never did. This is the worse customer service EVER. Will seriously think twice before spending money here on a big project. Very disappointing.

Always make it a point to shop this store and probably will not any longer after my visit April 8,2021 Theresa and Paulette were very rude and very unhelpful Almost as if they couldn't be bothered However Cheryl and Michelle (my cashier) were the total opposite - very friendly and helpful

I travel quite a bit as a truck driver and i shop lots of Home Depot's. But this one is mine. Always military friendly. And never make me go any further than my nearest store. Been buying there since they opened. The best thing is that they have many choices of products for the same purpose. So i can pick the best one for my needs.

Always friendly - always clean! I do compare items online prior to shopping. This ensures items are in stock and frankly getting the better price. Homedepot has my items in stock and at the better prices.

During my check out Kacie is always smiling and makes you smile at her kindness!
