I needed to exchange a clearance item that was defective. The service department politely listened and worked very hard to help me out to my satisfaction.

The associate in the storm door department was very helpful and professional in answering our questions. However,as I previously mentioned our experience with the customer service associate was dreadful in helping us with our issue in addition of not being friendly.

Having someone to actually render assistance in the particular department you are shopping in is getting to be a rare thing. This North Hampton Home Depot is very good. I have shopped here several times, and really can't say I have ever had a bad experience.

This store is clean and well organized. When entering the seasonal department, I was warmly greeted and asked if I could be helped finding something and if my dog might be approached and greeted. My pup was warmly greeted and the store associate walked us over to a display and helped me pick out the snow blower component for which I was searching. I had earlier sought out this part at a competing store which was closer to our home, but they did not carry parts for snow blowers, although the sold snow blowers! Thank you Home Depot!

This Home Depot is the best! It might be a bit smaller than some of their nearby stores, but the service and attitude of all the employees at this one surpasses that of the others. It is always a pleasure to walk in and be greeted by smiling faces who are ready to help you find your way to whatever it is that you are looking for!

I highly recommend shopping at the Home Depot store in North Hampton, NH. Employees are very pleasant and helpful. There are always people to help you find things, and they show you where the item is. The employees at the Customer Service desk are also pleasant to deal with.

As usual, the store was tidy, and employees were friendly and helpful, even making product recommendations based on their personal experience with the same. Great team in North Hampton, New Hampshire!

Every Em ployee is always very nice and attentive to my dog when I take her. One employee even remembers her name.

I went in and ordered a set of kitchen cabinets. This is definitely the place to have your kitchen designed. Ashley was extremely helpful and made a task I was not looking forward to very easy and straightforward.

This store gets a number of things right that the closer more convenient place with the blue roof does not. I tend to buy everything i could possibly need to finish a project. I just put in some stair railing and found 6 different types of hardware! Not knowing which one my wife would prefer I bought 6 different kinds. Returns here have never been a hassle (sorry to incovenience them). Last month I bought a framing nailer and some other tools. This month their on sale! Price adjustment- never a problem. I bought an insulation gun and I found Lowes advertised it for less- price match- no problem! It seems like they put their more seasoned workers at the customer service desk and they are always happy to help. The selection of items seems to be better than the other place. Generally if I try to just to go there because its closer, I end up driving to Home Depot to get what I need anyway.
