The port Charlotte store was horrendous and the north port store was so refreshing compared to it. Amazing staff, very clean and super friendly. Will not shop anywhere else

I called the store because online it showed limited stock in hand and wouldn’t let me checkout. The woman who answers was quick to say no - but I got her to transfer me to Plumbing anyway. After confirming what I wanted was actually in stock, the gentleman I connected with walked all over the store until he found a person willing to help. I am grateful that customer service thrives at THD. If you initially get an impatient “no” - try another associate!

I went to purchase a new hot water heater at home depot. On what started out to be a very unpleasant day, turned a little better with shopping at my local Home Depot. My time in Home Depot, and great employees made it much easier to purchase the product and get everything I needed to do the installation. All of the employees at this store were very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for helping me.

North Port Home Depot is head and shoulders above the other area Home Depot stores. They seem to have a better supply and their assistants are absolutely the best.

Earth Day 2023, I purchased 30 bags of soil and worked on Flowers for the years. I was excited to see the healthy flowers available at the North Port Store.

This location is run so much better than the one by my house I am redoing after the storm in North Fort Myers. The location on Pine Island Road in Cape Coral will never get a dime of my money. That location I will drive past and go to Lowe’s. This location I have always had great service. I wish the one by my home was run this good. This location should be proud of the service they provide.

Had to make an unexpected major purchase. Shopped around. We got excellent service at North Port Florida Home Depot. No one was available to help us at one of the other big box stores.

Between not having stock on the shelves to blocking off isles while they stand there doing nothing I see no reason to come back to this store.

As a novice, I was installing a new bathroom vanity and no knowledge of plumbing. Absolutely nothing. As I wandered about the plumbing dept, I first met employee Mark who helped me tremendously and then I met Jack who also helped me tremendously. These professional employees not only helped me once but at least 3-5 times as I returned to them for help and questions. They educated me, answered my questions with patience and knowledge. Mark and Jack are an asset and a credit to your company.

The asscociates at the store are friendly and knowledgeable.

I bought a few Ryobi Drills on clearance for Christmas this year for family. The Employess helped check prices for me to make sure without even asking. When I went to checkout the cashier and me were talking like we known each other our whole lives. Very friendly people will definitely be back soon.
