This store is convient before I go to work and on weekends. I can ask a question get a answer and find the items and get out quickly.

I view this location as the mall. Anytime I plan to visit, I know I will be spending at least an hour looking at everything. I love the staff and the hospitality is great!

This store is usually organized and clean. Clerks are helpful finding items as it is extremely large and easier than wandering.

I went in looking for carpet and Juju provided top notch customer service. She made sure I understood everything and that I was satisfied with my purchase. I am one who can be quick to complain, but slow to give due praise when needed. I could not let this great service go unnoticed. Keep up the good work Juju!!!

Had a great shoppping experience today at The Home Depot. Customer Service Associate, Kylah Causey, was very helpful, polite, and was very knowledgeable of the stores products. Would highly recommend.

Home Depot has a great selection of products and has really expanded their selections. The people working there are knowledgeable and are able to either set up a contractor for a full remodel of a room or refer you to people for smaller jobs. It was soooooo easy to get some projects done around my house and will work with them again.

Should have gotten employee name but she was a great help. Showed me were item was and thanked me for coming. She was very helpful at this location. Store was clean and organized

This store is an absolute sh!! Show..."judy" the lady in tools was up on one of the super tall ladders with a CUSTOMER (watch the video) yakking it up having a good ole time..left the area only to go "chat" with 3 other employees in the doors and windows section all the while I needed help. Nothing new for this store unfortunately

I loved the product that was purchased, but the delivery set up was not explained. When the delivery people showed up they informed me that they could not go beyond my entrance door. I'm a 70 yr old woman, chivalry officially DEAD

Excellent customer service! The employees stopped what they were doing and took the time to help me find the products that I needed. Great attitude! Demaray (the cashier) greater me with a smile and checked me out quickly and efficiently! Great store!

Everything was great?

Must have changed management again as the store is in complete chaos with messes and empty shelves in almost every aisle. Nice paint department, but other employees seem bothered. I will drive across town for a different store.

I appreciate this store location ,it carries a large variety of items, which makes my life easier. I enjoy the seasonal displays. The store is well stocked and clean. I always look forward to shopping at this location.

Danny is awesome! He was able to submit a special order for an online only item and apply a military discount to my purchase. He didn't make it difficult or tell me to purchase the item and come back for a refund of my military discount, as did the other cashiers at the help desk.

You need the clean up this store. Aisles are crowded. Store is understaffed.

The store is very convenient and usually has most of what we need. Some of the staff are very friendly and helpful. They should work on keeping the store cleaner and limit closing off aisles during business hours, to the extent possible.

Store is a mess. Always out of stock. Staff is not around and not helpful. If they are there they are standing around talking. Terrible experience

Would generally recommend the store, but today had a very unpleasant experience trying to purchase a propane tank exchange, waiting more than 30 minutes (not exaggerating, have time stamped receipts of purchase and refund) both outside and inside as directed by cashiers, with after three separate PA announcements for a lot attendant, no one ever came to assist. Finally, one of the cashiers said she would do it herself, turned off her line light, rang up the two existing customers in her line, then proceeded to continue helping three or four more. I finally got fed up and got my money back and left with no new tank.

Myself and my husband was at Home Depot to purchase new locksets for our home.We also want to have our locks conform to one key but unfortunately the sales associate wasn’t in that day. So my husband return the next day and spoke with Nate and I later return to have the services completed. At that time I receive Exceptional customer service and you can really tell that he enjoy doing his job and he was confident in it.. I later returned in the same day to purchase more lock sets and to have them conform to one key. Nate made the visit to the Home Depot that evening a awesome experience thanks again Nate.
