I absolutely loved how the greeting was and how Illiana was very helpful and most of all she had excellent customer support

I placed an order online for curbside and days later checked and it had partially been cancelled by Home Depot. When I called they couldn't give me a reason, nor a status on the remainder of my order, I cancelled the rest and had trouble getting my refund for the entire unfulfilled order. After speaking with 3 representatives online and over the phone I kept getting the run around, I went in store and spoke with a Lead. She could not accurately issue the refund and complained about her job and was all over the place the entire encounter. She finally decided to offer to call me back once she resolved my refund but another 5 days later I had not been notified over the phone or online about refund status or any credits. I called to speak to the manager (5th person) at this point who couldn't offer any professionalism or assistance. She was reluctant to even take my order # and look up the status.

It’s less painful to go to the DMV then get a military discount at Hime Depot. Shop at Lowe’s if you’re a veteran. They make life much easier.

I was helped out of the way and beyond my expectations by Miss Jaimee J. She was very helpful ,courteous and very patiently answered all my questions. Just for the experience I had with her I would like visit this store again and again.

I bought a gas grill couple weeks ago and the whole time I was in there I was treated like I was a millionaire even though I am not I love this experience when I walk in the door every time.

I ordered online and an hour or so later, I received an email thanking me for picking up my product. Usually I go to the counter and they fetch my product. I guess now, they simply put the product is some vending machine-like containers outside. SOOOO, I went through the complaint process and eventually ended up with the manager, Carrie?, not sure. She said that I picked it up 15 minutes after I ordered it. I told her NO WAY, and I would not pay. She said that they have video to show who picked up my product, but she hadn't seen it yet. Later, she called and said that I was off the hook and would be given a refund. They found that the product was still in the outside container and hadn't been picked up at all. I am still steamed about this. Stupid mistake on NW Omaha's Home Depot. Won't use online anymore for shopping there.

HUSBAND AND I WERE DOING DIY PLNTER POLE WITH LIGHTS. I HAD ORDER ONLINE TO PICK UP, BE QUICKER BUT WE GOT THERE WE HAVE TO CANCEL OR EXCHANGE EVEN ADD MORE ITEMS. KERRI WAS WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, HELPING US WHICH AISLE WAS NEEDED TO GET SUPPLIES AND CANCEL 2 ITEMS ON MY ONLINE ORDER EXCHANGE FOR BIGGER ITEMS AND DEVON CHECK US OUT WITH NO PROBLEMS WITH ONLINE ORDER AND NEW PURCHASE.

I found what I neede to make my home repair, but I wish they had more employees on the floor to help customers find what they are seeking more quickly.

It was so nice to be at a store where the workers actually seem happy to be working there and are also knowledgeable. Alex, a manager, went above and beyond today and also saved an SUV from an oncoming runaway heavy item cart. Evan also was very helpful. Thanks for showing up to work and doing a great job! I'll be back!

Always have whatever we are looking for.

There was a specific color variety of the 8 pack annual Vinca that I wanted and there was only one pack left. One of the 8 plants was dead. I knew this but wanted that particular one so did not care that I was only getting 7 plants. Will, the clerk who checked me out, noticed the dead plant on his own and gave me a slight discount since I was not getting 8 healthy plants. That was way above and beyond for customer service as he did not need to do that, but I greatly appreciated that he noticed it on his own and did something to help me feel like I wasn't paying for more than I was getting.

A trip to the DMV is easier then getting a Military/Veteran discount at Home Depot. Pathetic.

I was skeptical about a Home Depot installer, taking care to install our kitchen countertop. But, this install went great. The installer was professional and took care to do a great job. Very impressed with the quality of the work.

Went in looking for an item for work, found one but asked if other varieties were available as per manufacture options. Conor and Evan were very helpful, even walked the store to locate the item and went above and beyond to locate. Logan at self checkout was also very friendly and helpful. Made sure we were updated. Just overall very kind and nice to conversate with.

Went in to get all we need for a bathroom remodel and got lucky when Susan Lacey approached us to help. The rest was so simple and we were on our way in no time.
