The employees are all pretty helpful but I only go during the day on weekedays. I find the displays in front of the registers are very cumbersome, especially when you are trying to maneuver a big cart with large items. Also, too many displays around the registers and throughout the store, it just makes the flow of the store like an obstacles course. The customer service desk area does not flow good either. But this is the store I go to for my Home Depot needs and I have never had a bad experience there. James Harris is awesome !

This Home Depot provides excellent customer service and is very clean. Thank you Rupy and team for your help on my project! I drove up from the Dunwoody area to find a product not in my store that I needed. When I did not see it on the shelf, Rupy, the Manager on Duty jumped right in and helped find it. It was a large item and they also helped load the item in my car. In a world of "customer NO service" it was so nice to receive Customer GREAT Service!

The store is always neat and well organized. If one needs assistance in finding a product, an employee is always willing to walk them to the area and assist with their selection. Great store and Great Management!

This is a good HD! Its larger than most, so it has stuff the others don't carry. Plus the staff is very knowledgeable. I always go there because I can always find someone to help with project knowledge.

My recent visit to #0146 Roswell Home Depot was excellent! The store manager, George Connolly and his staff went out of their way to help me transition from a scheduled delivery to coordinate a truck rental. He team helped me properly estimate my material needs, actually loaded sheetrock & materials into the truck, as well as, other customer-centric assistance. Hat's off to the staff that takes pride in their work and a customers satisfaction. I'll be back soon!

Always someone to help you out and go the extra mile if required. Love the new self service checkouts. Rarely have to wait!

Very good customer service

Sean is located in the plumbing aisle, so if you need some assistance with pipes and other supplies, he will help you without any hesitation. He is very professional and kind to all of his customers. Sean is the best:)

Wow, I'm not sure I have ever been treated more rudely by a service person than I just was at the HD in Roswell. I asked for help replacing parts for a kitchen faucet and the young man who answered the overhead call for help, told me he was not a plumber so my guess was as good as his, but I was in the right isle. When I asked if he could get a plumber he informed me it was the 4th of July and the plumber was off, turned around threw out "have a good day" and walked off. Followed by only self service check out lanes being open and the cashier snatched the scanner out of my hand without speaking to me, scanned my items, did not respond to my comment, and walked off. Don't know if they just had a terrible store meeting or what but the manager of this store should get on the ball.

Employees are very friendly. Stock is average. Store is extremely HOT! Was sweating when I left the store. Evidently no air conditioning.

Paula and Athena in the flooring department are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, and take the stress out of remodeling. They walk you though the entire process and keep you well informed of all available options. I highly recommend this location.

Excellent, clean store with great employees. I am in store quite frequently. This is my neighborhood store. I will be back again soon.

Very clean! All personnel were willing to help and guide you through the best option on the items you are looking for! One of my best experiences at a Home Depot store.

The store, overall, is very good. I like the improvements you have made to the Customer Service area. It is much more efficient. My only constructive criticism is that often times when you ask a representative where something is, they point in a general direction, say I think its on aisle so and so and then leave you on your on. Since sometimes they are guessing and since there are so many bins on each aisle, it would be nice if they would either walk you to the location or quote not only the aisle but a bin #. Also, if there as a kiosk in the store where you could go and enter a description of an item and it would tell you the aisle and bin.

Need a home appliance? Go see Scott and Steve who helped make our recent dishwasher purchase a pleasure. How, you might ask? We had visited other stores and were undecided on brand, features, options, etc when Scott listened to what we were looking for and helped point us to what we all agreed was the best option. Then, Steve came to the rescue when we encountered delivery issues and minor product damage. Nothing like dealing with professionals who are focused on making my wife - and me - very happy. I sure hope Store Manager George recognizes the great work Scott and Steve are doing in the Appliance Department.

This location is my husband and my favorite. James, from the contractor department is ALWAYS A PLEASURE & VERY HELPFUL. Joe is Amazing & Liz, the cashier. The store is always organized & it truly seems that every employee in this location is happy to work at this Home Depot. I have been to others and I never receive the treatment like I do at this location.

As someone looking for more information on flooring we had an incredibly good experience at this store. The people were so exceptional and helpful that it was the best retail shoppping experience I can remember. They took the time to fully explain product alternatives and the advantages and disadvantages of each. I could not have been more pleased with the shopping experience.

Fabulous above and beyond service. And such a joy as well. Helped by not one but THREE store employees. And the gentleman who found what I need had to get down on the floor and pull out the bottom row of boxes to find what I needed which was hiding behind them. Who does that? FABULOUS!!!

This has been my favorite store for a while. I always found people to be friendly and helpful. However, there must be new management or something. There is now so many extra displays in the aisles that it is hard to maneuver even the smaller carts around and they are moving to all self check out. The garden center now only has self check out. Not sure what happened, but the customer experience is suffering.

I have noticed some new store managers at this store. I found them to be cocky and rude. He went out of his way to be insulting and showed no interest in my needs. I have noticed the store going down since his arrival. I have a lot of options and will use this store as my last choice.

Denise in paint department awesome! She helped me over the phone so that I could order paint last night and pick up this AM. Elaine, a manager listened and approved for me to pay over phone so they could mix paint and I could pick up early this morning.
