Why would you promote the laziest cashier to head cashier that has only been their for a short time and not the hardest working one. Maybe because you can't take the hardest working one off of a register because the other one is lazy. NOT FAIR and not the American way.

I shop often at the Oak Ridge, TN Home Depot. It is my first stop when looking for my project and other yard and garden needs

Constant great customer service

I was able to purchase all the materials I need to finish my basement with one visit.

This store is great! Every employee we passed said hello and asked if they could help us! Abigail in the appliance department was great! She helped us pick out great appliances for our kitchen renovation! The store is very clean and organized!

She also was able to save us several thousand dollars from previous quotes. I highly recommend you speak to her before purchasing anywhere else.

Came in looking for something to repair my gutters, and with the help of Skyler found the perfect solution. Skyler was extremely friendly and helpful. One of the best iv come across at any home depot, or anywhere.

I live VERY close to this store. I love this store mostly because the staff turnover is very low. The staff is EXCELLENT, happy, upbeat, VERY willing to help with Q&A. Many are active in the community. The story is neat and clean and you can just feel that it's a positive place! Well done upper management because it starts with you! Well done!

I got what help I needed to find all my parts and was checked out fast and accurate--A worker came over to help me load a very heavy box without being asked--that's great service

I had a great experience in October 2021. I was helped by two employees who helped me get the correct products, explained to me how to fix what I was working on, and even helped me get the part I brought in ready for finishing the job at home! Thank you to Lee Anne and Gary in the Hardware department who went out of their way to make sure I knew what to do. It was important because you can’t leave your mailbox without a door and this one is inside a brick mailbox.Many thanks.

I like their plants and the fact that they will refund if one dies (before a year).

This morning, I was a little disappointed in the service while checking out. The cashier was having a personal conversation with a co-worker. She stopped long enough to greet me, but continued on with her conversation with the co-worker. When it was time for me to pay, the co-worker never moved away. It was uncomfortable having this guy standing by me as I was trying to pay with my card. There was no consideration of privacy at all. I think their team members could probably use a little more training in customer service.

Abigail Dismuke is very knowledgeable and takes her time to help and explain any questions you have. We absolutely loved our experience with her.

Beware of the bait and switch as prices on the website are no longer honored in store. the only price adjustment comes from an online purchase or a PHYSICAL competitors ad brought in. The gentleman in tools Dept was great but when I got to the register to purchase the ones I came in for I found online the prices were drastically higher. Store manager told me to purchase online and come back tomorrow or go elsewhere.

The staff at the Pro Desk is great.

Clean, well-stocked store. Most employees are knowledgeable regarding the merchandise. Most employees are willing to take the time to help locate the items. I like other paints better, however, the paint department employees give better advice.

Felt like shopping at your biggest competitor. Couldn't get help or through the store because all the employee's I saw where standing in the middle of the aisles talking, and not about work.

I purchased a $3800 lawn mower (Toro zero turn) there and my experience with Eric was wonderful. Let me just add he didn’t do anything wrong. He did everything he was supposed to do. I purchased this lawn mower before Home Depot closed. Got home and to my surprise the battery was dead. I called Home Depot at your oak ridge store before closing and the customer service rep said to bring in the battery the next day and that you would exchange it. So I thought perfect. Friday (4/16/2021) I got there at 8:30 am let’s just say my experience with Misty (customer service) and manger Kimberly was horrible! I went in there to exchange the battery out and these two had the audacity to accuse me of trying to return an old battery until Miss Kimberly here decided to do her job and decided to check the other Toro’s sitting outside and compared the batteries and to her surprise they all look the same! She finally swap my battery out. I did not spend $3800 to be a called a liar! I shopped there frequently and let me just add Home Depot left a bad taste in my mouth. I will never shop any of your locations again. I don’t care what kind of day your employees has had but you do not treat your customers that way. Especially when I had the receipt that clearly had a date and time on it and was bought the night before. I just wanted a working lawn mower. I am shocked still to how disappointed I was with your employees. You need to teach these ladies about some customer service best practice. I also contacted corporate. I still have yet to hear back from the district manager. That is all.

Wide, well lit, clean isles. I've purchased items from every section of the store and EVERY employee (with NO exception) has been helpful and friendly.

This store ALWAYS has the friendliest, most knowledgeable, and helpful associates. If the store is busy, you may have to ask someone for help, but you will ALWAYS receive good help!

The Home Depot in Oak Ridge is the best store I have ever shopped in for home appliances, equipment, materials, and supplies. This is because they hire outstanding employees who love to work there, and the store has an amazing inventory!!
