Carlos a guy working at the freight and hardware department in the Oakland Park Blvd Ft Lauderdale FL Home Depot store, was hugely helpful. He took the time and work to find a drill/driver that was in stock yet not easy to reach neither displayed. Employees like Carlos make the difference. Keep it up!!

This is the best store around. Always have items in stock and has the best selection of items.

This door needs better Improvement you have 30 guys walking around I know a lot of them do inventory what the regular work is you cannot find them I need a help pulling a board down on the 5th shelf on the top they have no price tag so I cannot see I couldn't tell the size of it and no one there to help I waited about 20 minutes and then gave up so I left the store disappointed

Christopher Dougherty has amazing customer service. Felt at ease discussing remodeling my kitchen and he showed me lots of options within the budget I had in mind. It was good speaking to someone in sales who listened and not try upselling

The store was very clean and well stocked. The manager and the employees were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone who values good customer service.

The Store was neat, clean, organized and well stocked. The associates were very friendly, helpful and eager to assist while following COVID19 safety precautions. The cashiers opened registers to expedite the customers that were waiting in line to complete our purchases.

The store has almost everything in stock I love that and even if it doesn’t the shipping is quick! I love this Home Depot everyone is very nice and informative.

You better be careful with the associate Cleveland in the paint department because he is very nasty and rude. I have never experience such foul poor customer service from any associate at any Home Depot. It is always clean, the associates are helpful, inviting, and friendly. Always go above and beyond to help you with your projects with tips, tricks, and recommendations. However, whatever Cleveland's issue was today need to be addressed by management ASAP. If it wasn't for Phil that was also in the paint department to step in and help de-escalate situation. I would never step foot in another Home Depot store because of Cleveland's lack of respect, poor communication skills, no demonstration of teamwork, lack of manners and common courtesy. All it takes is for one associate to ruin a customer's shopping experience and he did that for me today. We all have bad days, but it doesn't mean you take it out on a customer who is seeking help. I wasn't rude or impatient. I maintained 6ft distance, waited to be helped with my face mask on. Yet still, he blew me off and dismiss me. Overall, he needs to do better and learn how to value and treat people with decency. I really hope someone addresses him about this. As for Phil, he was exceptional 10 out of 10 which is why I am rating this store with 3 stars because he valued me as a customer.

The employees I encountered were very friendly and helpful. With ease I found most of the products I was looking for. Also the restrooms and store itself was very clean and without clutter. I always enjoy going to this location.

The associates at customer service are extremely rude and go out of their way to make each experience as difficult as possible. It’s awful. Save your time and go to the sunrise store

Paint department employees don’t have a sense of urgency and act like they don’t wanna help or be there

Haitian employee "Jean" was talking to a vendor and when asked for help, she screamed and yelled that she was busy and that she was too busy to help. RUDE. Alternatively, the next employee who I approached stopped what he was doing and took me to the item no one could find. On the way out, employee accused me of stealing a Milwaukee Radio that was speical ordered. When he finally saw the sticker with my name on it indicating that I had paid for it, he just walked off and never appologized for his embarassing accusation. Spoke to store manager with long dreadlocks who was nice but never thought for a minute that he was going to address these awful employees.

I have been to this particular store many times and have been pleasantly surprised over the past year or so. Not sure changes precipitated the change for the better, but it has been a very nice experience

Store was clean and not busy. Made it perfect to shop with no lines at check out. Self service cashier marlon was super friendly and polite. Got me through check out super quick. Will definitely return.

I shop for items in Home Depot all the time because they have lots of selections. What keeps me going back is the cool cashier's that work hard on there feet all day, and still keep a smile through the #covid19 pandemic phase 1&2 reopening. The self check outs are great for when you want to run in and run out with a few items quickly.

From the time I walk in I get order till I go to the back in windows blinds no one gets up to see what you need and I spend lots if money I had to go to a seperate impact store for my front window which I paid 1,399 $ which could have went to this store but I didn't get the help

Absolutely horrendous lack of "customer service" attitude on behalf of HD Associates. We were not impressed at all. And, the (what seemed to be) overlook of abuse of parking of vehicles in the fire lanes must be stopped. It is a hazard for patrons entering/leaving the store. The local police and fire department need to intervene to stop this abuse before someone gets injured.

You may not find exactly what you need if it is an item on low demand, say microwaves. You may run out of items and need to remind the clerk, or even better the manager, of your item need to stay stocked since it is the only empty space. I am a fan of ordering online and picking up. Some contracted suppliers, garden center, don't give a good and broad selection.

My husband went in for a certain Milwaukee combo tool set. We have been looking and searching to find it at any location. Our Brandenton store didn't have any. We came all the way from Brandenton to this location. Great service. Stocked inventory. Great vibes. Thank you!
