Mike patiently taught me how to cut off PVC pipe, replace irrigation valve, seal and install the pipe with extended coupler, etc. Thanks for his service, and I made it from scratch.

I'm a disabled Veteran, the employees helped me find the product (huge/heavy item). Check out and assist with putting it on my roof rack!

Today I went to Home Depot to purchase a bathroom faucet that I found online. It showed online that only this location had the faucet in stock at the store. I drove to a further location to get this faucet only to show up and not see it there. I asked Tom R. for help and he went above and beyond to help me. He is my hero because he found it and even opened it to show me it was in perfect condition. Then he helped us with questions about a new toilet as well. He seriously is amazing! Thanks Tom for adding sunshine to our day! As we checked out, Jocelyn mentioned they were starting their kids workshops and gave us details. Then gave my son some extra kits leftover from other months. She was so sweet and excited to invite us to the workshops. We had such a wonderful experience that as we left the store my son said he wanted to live there! Haha. Thanks Home Depot for a memorable visit!

Lisa in flooring went above and beyond and was helpful and very pleasant, give her a raise!

The cashier, in the pro area, Tammi, was rude, condescending, and abrasive. I will never use this Home Depot location again

I worked with Lisa in the Blinds area of the store. She was great, discussed what I was looking for. Had multiple brands to select, found the product that was just right with Lisa help.

We enjoy our visit to your store. We saw the majority of the associates happy. Many associates were attending clients, helping other associates, delivering merchandise. Even if this Black Friday wasn't busy as others, the store was pretty busy. We like this store and everyone's attitude. We only wish you would open one in Maricopa, Arizona, soon!!!!

The young man in the Plumbing section helped me tremendously! He told me the pros and cons and his personal experiences with installing each one of the different tub faucets and tub drains He helped me make an informed decision and I feel confident that I chose the right ones for my situation!

My husband, 3 yr old daughter and myself went to self checkout where 3 employees were standing talking while other customers were checking out. When we walked up one of the employees literally grabbed my cart and stood between the basket and scanner and began to scan my cart. Did not even allow me to pay myself with my own debit card. She put her hand out for my card ( I’m self checkout) was she going enter my pin too! Not once was anyone else treated like that. Was it bc we’re black that you felt that I was going to steal and you needed to take those steps. What was it about me and my family that made you feel like you need to do that? There were several other customers doing what we were doing what singled us out from your white customers and yourself?

Dona and Steve are wonderful associates who went about addressing my problems calmly and in a fun way. I hope we have more like these wonderful people everywhere. Definitely recommend visiting this Home Depot store.

We were looking for an item and the one they had left was missing a part. Monika V. who we later found out was the Store Manager, assisted us from the beginning all the way to loading up our truck with a comparable item, actually a better selection. She was pleasant, fun to talk with, and very knowledgeable. She walked us around the item, taking the time to explain how it works, what to use in it, how to clean it, and all the safety measures. We really appreciate the time she took with us, and we now have a new Home Depot location for all our shopping needs. It's not often we get exceptional service like this, but when we do, we love to share it with our community.

Mike Churchill in HD store's Plumbing has been very helpful. After I decided to hook up my landscaping solenoids/manifolds to water supply line, I shopped at this store for parts. Mike was very helpful by picking up the parts for me. For the first time, I was able to solder the copper plumbing pipes and getting the sprinklers going. Thanks, Mike D26! Eric C at home decorating section is great too. He just completed his 200 plus days working for HD. He was very warm and eager to help. I had a few blinds that needed special cut. He was a great help!

Always fun to shop here, so many items to choose from and friendly employees.

Cindy is a cashier at this store, I’m in there 3-4 times a week for this or that and she never fails to say hi and brighten my day. I was kind of mad around a situation about a promotion that they were out of stock on and wouldn’t honor. Eric is a manager there and he empathized, understood and stepped up completely and got me taken care of in a way I would have never expected. These are the types of people you pray you hire when you take a chance on someone because they completely change the experience and perception when you are shopping in their store. Thank you both

I found everything that I needed and more. Yet, making a return or paying the balance on my card is very easy. HD has excellent customer service!

I bought the 3-pack of Feit Electric's "enhance LED lights" for my yard. Package says lasts up to 22 years. Two out of 3 in the package lasted less than one year. Yes, "up to" is the key in their ad.

I purchased a replacement garage door opener and the specialist talked me through all the options, found a discount, and arranged for installation at a price less than half three outside quotes. Highest marks!

Cole was very helpful with the purchase of a RIDGID VAC.

Your Employees were focused on providing input for projects I can work on with my grandchildren I never felt like a number and was helped whenever i needed assistance

My daughter and I purchased window blinds and they required cut-to-size two days in a row. On both days the associates were helpful knowledgeable friendly snd allowed us to feel like appreciated customers.
