Favi, at the Odessa store was awesome! Super friendly and helpful!

I was in this home depot it was like shopping in someone's basement crap everywhere and even the managers act like they dont work there so until this changes ill be going to the midland home depot

Went in for a few nuts and bolts, looking around for the location of specialty nuts, was told I don’t know when I finally was able to stop an employee to ask. I used the app to find the bay and aisle. Had to check myself out since not a single cashier stand was open, but there were 4 employees standing there talking, ignoring the self check out stands that were literally saying “Customer Needs Assistance”. Overall rude and poor service.

Just bought my first hot water heater

I went to the Odessa Home Depot store to pick up some electrical material. While there, I went to check out some of the wood paneling sheets. I come across a really nice sheet of what looked like old distressed wood. Only thing it was cut in half and it wasn't a full sheet. An associate named Darin, was working stocking the molding near me, I asked him if he could pull the sheet out and give me a price. I am a disabled Vet and was sitting in an electric cart. Darin proceeded to take the sheet out and scan the sku #. He did it several times and it would not come up on his phone as a stocked item. I told him that I like it and if he could get me a price. He took the 4 ft x 4 ft piece to the front Customer service section. He also talked with another associate and since the piece wasn't on inventory or sold at the store, I was blessed with it for "free". Took it home and my wife really liked it, because it completed her coffee bar area. So in a way it was a Double Blessing.

I’m always running late and she never makes me feel bad . She is also eager to look things up and make sure I don’t leave without what I need

It was such an honor and a privelage to visit on Chrismas Eve. Two warmheartful associates need the highest honors possible Doris and Rita. The Lumber crew were working extremely hard to take care of customers, in particular,females. No one was yelling and screaming. No forklift drivers racing through the isles honking. No associates stalking customers through the store. No associates dodging customers. It was a great day to shop. Thank you a gigillion times for being there for us HD. Merry Xmas Acually two heart felt associates made Christmas Eve a really bright day. Doris and Rita. Found out Doris was a big help during The Texas Winter Storm that destroyed my roof. It was an honor to know she is a soldier for a good cause. Thank you HD for having a sufficient number of working carts. I have sever osteoporosis and osteoarthritis and I need carts that are easy to push. If HD resurfaces the parking lot consider diagonal angled parking spaces since that is a lot safer. Sanitary Stations+ As mention the sanitary stations are a plus. This Christmas Eve Spirit was a great way to make customers feel welcomed. Doris and Rita really made the day better. I learned my lesson to NOT buy so much and to make better estimates of what my vehicle can handle so no one has to refuse a request to hold merchandise momentarly. Please give Michelle a congratulatory recognition for doing an OUTSTANDING job. Michelle always, always makes customers feel significant as well as looking out for HD.

Bought washer and dryer combo.

I bought a fridge a couple A weeks ago and they were more than willing to assist I love my vehicle should I say the ladies were.

I was very pleased with the way they treat you and to strive an go extra mile to help you. Thank you all you do for your customers.

Makita is one of my favorite brands and home depot carries them

Home Depot is clean & well stocked. The employees are courteous & go above & beyond to help me find the products I need. If the product isn't in the store, they have looked online & found a location where I can purchase it. I'm truly impressed w our Home Depot in Odessa. The pricing is a bit lower than the other stores in my area, too, which also helps; so much!!! I can always count on my Home Depot.

Very clean store and excellent help! The employees went out of their way to assist me in my shopping and my project with suggestions. I even had assistance offered to me when I was checking out since I did not understand self checkouts. Being told thank you for shopping at Home Depot made me feel like I was appreciated.

Best hardware store in Odessa.

Victor and Adrian in lumber went above and beyond for us. Good people are hard to find, especially in Odessa. Great store. Thank you.

Their employees are always very friendly and helpful. 99% of the time everything I'm looking for is where the Home Depot app says it is, and is in stock.

Dillin, Jesse, and Tai are the best at what they do ... for me its the PRO DESK at this local Odessa Store. Armadillo Hotel appreciates your customer service and helpful and friendly service.

Excellent Customer Service, Carla helped me during my visit for equipment rental, she was knowledgeable and friendly.

VERY HELPFUL WHEN LOOKING FOR PRODUCTS

Wish the staff where more trained to help in whatever isle a costumer need help. They always referred someone else, sometimes that associate is busy working with a costumer and they are others waiting on him. I have to wait at least 30 mins to get help.

Raquel needs to understand that customers come first. She can handle hers and her coworkers needs when the customer has been helped.

Had to climb ladder to get tool myself

With the exception of the parking spaces being way too small, overall HD is the best lumber store in town.

The store was clean and organized. The staff were really respectful and nice in buying my gardening necessities.

Everyone at the store was very helpful and nice.

Would only recommend this store for Behr paint and Ryobi tools since they are only store that carries these brands. Selection has dwindled with common items such as fan light bulbs and other light bulbs always being out of stock, oft times moderately priced faucets being out of stock so have to upgrade unnecessarily, key blanks being out of stock for duplicate keys and on and on thus causing multiple stops for even basics despite HD being most conveniently located. Almost impossible to get anything cut anymore, at least in the Odessa store. Always only one employee in millworks who seems to ALWAYS be pulling special orders while anyone else is not certified to operate the saw. Irritating and frustrating when you only have access to a small car for hauling things. And perhaps most irritating is employees not speaking or understanding English, at the very least enough to help you find things. Very few employees in the Odessa store seem to care about the customers. AND many employees wear their masks improperly and masking is NOT required in the store despite signs on entry doors stating Masks Must Be Worn. Non-maskers clearly present a deadly threat to some of us.

Manager was awesome!!!!!! Lumber, Loading employees & Loading cashier were not friendly or helpful at all!
