My husband and I were just at the store and we were help right away by Rosalinda and Bob ,they gave us so much information about the washer and knew we couldn't wait a few weeks to get one having such a big family they help us find one in stock , those are the kind of people we need at retail stores ,friendly,helpful,fast ,We appreciate Rosalinda and Bob for this amazing experience!!

I brought my dog with me and he had an accident on the floor. For that I am extremely sorry. The cashier and another employee were very gracious and professional about it. The staff are always friendly and helpful on every visit I have been there.

I was looking for a basic refrigerator, Rosalinda in appliances was so helpful and kind she made the process of getting a new appliance much easier . She knows her stuff. I was also looking at security door knobs when a man named David helped me understand exactly what I needed for my own home.

Michelle at the Contractors Desk is an expert! She is knowledgeable, Friendly, remembers who I am, and always has a Big Smile.

This is a great place. The staff are always amazing at helping us find what we need and save us money in the process. We have gotten carpet replaced by them, a new fridge, a new oven and now a new washing machine. We have always been treated kindly and love doing business here.

I went shopping for flooring at Omak Home Depot this morning, and admit, knowing how the world is going I wasn't going to find good service or the product, but I was very pleased with the welcome I got from many, the great service in the flooring department, then checking out. I came home feeling better about shopping than I have in awhile.

All the personnel at the Omak, Washington store are very helpful and friendly. They all go out of their way to help me find what I need or check to see if in stock else where at the store.

I have been in many HDs and the one thing that they have in common is that the staff were grumpy, rarely new anything about the section they worked in and often spent most of their time avoiding customers at all costs. NOT this store, staff were readily available and eager to help! I was blown away how many times we were asked if there was anything that we needed help with. It reminded me of the days when HD first opened up and they were known for good paying jobs and knowledgeable staff. I pass 4 different hardware stores to go to this HD and I will continue to do so if it retains the level of service that I received today!

I would like to focus on products but its difficult when you are attempting to get information on availability or specific product details and are transferred to different departments and are told "we probably have it" or directed to another product that is inappropriate for the application. There are two requirements for any job. You have to try and you have to care not just show up walk around do the least amount necessary to stay employed and collect a pay check. Why would anyone want to live like this? The world is full of chaos. How about trying to educate your self on your profession and try to help people.

I enjoy visiting the Home Depot in Omak. The associates are helpful and when I need something, the store has it. So many items I want to buy.

I've had an account with Home Depot for several years making just the minimum payment for several years. I inquired about my current status and had a modest balance of credit. I swung by the Omak store to price the lawnmowers and weed eaters. The was cool and very clean. It took bit to snag a staff but when she showed up all went very smooth! I didn't have my card yet check out was swift and clerk very helpful. They helped me with load out and the entire event was tops !! Mgr. Dan is a top hand as well ~ Bink Picard

A refridgerator was ordered and delievered on time and the people delievering this item were FANTASTIC!!!!!!

99% of my visits have been great. I usually find what I come looking for, if not sure what I'm needing, 95% of the time there's someone nearby that I can ask. "If" I do ask, 100% of the time the person I ask can either help me or gets someone who can. I prefer asking for help when I need to. I would rather be left alone if I don't ask for help because, well... sometimes I have to get something in a hurry, but don't want to be seen (or have the time to stop and change out of my "work look" or remodeling or painting attire, etc) so, when I come in, hoping to slip in and get what I need for that job (or whatever) and slip back out unseen or barely noticed, 98% of the time, I'm in, out and back at my task in a flash. A good business allows for each customers needs to be addressed individually and I have always gotten this type of treatment (w/2 exceptions) here. Its, Shopping my own way and on my own if I choose, or if needed, assisted. I'm just more of a "Self Sufficient", try doing it myself 1st, type customer. Not a needy, "hold my hand," don't have a clue type customer. As long as I'm given my space to look, shop or compare my way or get assistance when requested, I'll continue to put Omak Home Depo as my 1st choice, home improvement place to go. And, as long as my weekday home, that's located on the line of Airway Heights/Spokane), doesn't have a local store "IN" Airway Heights... I'll continue to do the majority of my shopping in the Omak store when Im at my weekend home, in Omak. Its my store location preference because its literally down the hill and 2 simple turns (a total of 10-12min on a bad day) and I'm in their parking lot. Shopping Spokane Home Depo is something I only do when someone else happens to be going this way already, AND I'm not in a hurry, ... Because, depending on volume of traffic, time of day and if I get in the right lane at the right time to get off at the right exit and hope to get in the right lane in time to turn, then quickly get over so I can take a L turn, then a R into their side parking lot of their high traffic store.. Nothing quick and easy about shopping at Home Depot n Spokane, so I avoid it at all costs!

Shopping by phone during this pandemic was fast and pleasant.

The Omak store has always been a very friendly and helpful store to my husband and I. They usually always have what we need in stock and the prices are good. Several times we have had to order products on-line and they are always willing to help. We have never had a bad experience at the Omak store. Keep up the good work!!
