if they keep "froggin around" and saying you have to have a "smart phone" to scan for our discount, I WILL STOP USING THE STORE AND ILL BE SHURE TO TELL ALL THE VETERANS I KNOW! other than that , the store and employees are great! it just "CORPRATE"

Okay, I wish they had more shade trees in the parking lot during the hot summer. The online Home Depot is four stars, and has more inventory of products. I often find good prices online. The Garden Center gates are sometimes not open. They run out of cedar mulch and popular plants that sell well. They often do not offer organic vegetables or heirloom vegetable plants in the spring-summer. The customer service is nice.

Had the worst experience buying a washer!!!! I was not pleased with “The Home Depot experience” at all. Never again will I buy anything from Home Depot!!!

The rental area could be improves but the cashier Michelle was absolutely pleasant

Home Depot, Oneonta, NY is a fabulous place to shop for all your home and business needs. I especially like it because the staff are always friendly and are there to help you every inch of the way.

Anna at customer service went above and beyond to help me for about an hour. Most of the other employees tried their best to help her help me. However there was one employee that refused to help and was rude. The amount of product on the shelf was different from what the computer said should be there.It was short what I needed. The store was obviously under-staffed.

I found the store to be crowded with people, but the staff were all courteous and kind and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered in spite of the amount of people. The aisles were not littered for the most part.

Clean store, organized, with expected products in stock. Four separate associates helped me find, purchase and load my purchased items making this a quick stop for supplies.

This the best Home Depot in the state! Every one is nice!

Worst delivery experience ever ! Lost a customer ! Lost 2 days of work and spoiled groceries and the delivery department gets annoyed if you don't want to lose another day of work and will not work with you to get delivery when you get done with work at 2:30 !

This HD is a hidden gem. Always in stock and the training for customer service is top notch. If you get a chance ask for Manager Ryan. He is what management should be goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great shopping experience.

Shopped the Labor Day Sales this weekend and while several stores could not even back order the appliances we wanted, Home Depot had a great sale and was able to arrange for delivery of our purchase within the next few weeks. And we found beautiful fall flowers!!
