I really like this store. It has what I need. It's easy to find items and the employees are always ready to help you.

We had a tool that came out of a boxed set, and one of them quit. We came to return it and had quite a time, but Shelly Sue in customer service really went the extra mile to get our tool replaced! We are so appreciative of her.

Good store overall. Most of the employees are helpful, although a few need to be re-familiarized with the store and product locations.

The staff is always helpful and cheery, especially Kathleen Moore. She seems to really care that we have an enjoyable experience at Home Depot.

I made a large purchase (for me anyway) and discovered I purchased the wrong items. Home Depot made the return easy and pleasant. Furthermore, two young employees helped me located the correct product and helped me evaluate and load the correct product. I was very pleased with the experience.

Was purchasing lumber for home, greeted by employee Jarod who found everything and loaded cart. Assisted by employee Carson, both guys came out and loaded my truck. This is what makes America great is the friendliness and open arms to help others. God bless them both!

Had a great experience dealing with a bad situation, my AC blew out in 110 degree weather. Dave helped me out and set me up with a HVAC contractor service.

I bought a handrail, good product Could not find a good inventory of 1/4 inch washers, just a few left. Was not impressed with the store inventory

The person that we asked about purchasing 2 items was not as helpful as he could have been. The man at the checkout was terrific and very helpful.

I have shopped for over 30yrs and Shirley could be the reason I stop. I have never been help by such an unhappy employee in my life. She has the exact attitude of , I really hate my job.

Had good advice on my project I was working on and even got a step by step process on how to do my project and helpful tools so I wasn’t standing there frustrated

Home Depot advertises a Military discount until you start to check-out. Then you have to show an APP on your cell phone. Some Military Veterans do not carry cell phones. So, NO Military discount. Bottom line, Home Depot is discriminating against Military Veterans who do not carry cell phones.

Great store, friendly crew members

Every time I’ve gone to the Ontario Oregon location I’ve had a subpar experience. The store manager Parker is amazing. But the assistant store manager Ross knows absolutely nothing about customer service has poor communication skills and doesn’t know how to build rapport at all. Most of the associates have no clue what they’re doing. And I hate the fact that it’s also check out.

HD has changed their policy for a discount, however I can not get the app on my smart phone. Little assistance on chat. Store cashier was no help.

Josephina was a huge help in the garden center. It’s nice to get good customer service, because so many places anymore lack in this department.

In today’s world with the workforce the way it is people seem to care and care less because they don’t have to anymore to keep a job. We always feel like the people that work at the Ontario Home Depot care and always try to help.

Bought a new washer and dryer set. Not exactly happy with backorder time, but willing to wait for my preferred choice in products. However this store refuses to deliver anything except curbside and refuses to do installation, even though you're website says free delivery and installation will purchases of more than $400 and under 3 flights of stairs. I'm spending $1600 for you guys to leave my washer and dryer on the curb not knowing how to install the electrical plug on the dryer because they don't want to go up one set of stairs. Don't advertise if you can't fulfill it.

IT SEEMS LIKE THE EMPLOYEES MOSTLY DO NOT CARE ANYMORE.
