Always find fast and friendly service at the Lake Orion Home depot. If an item is out of stock, the HD staff is always willing to help me locate what I am looking for whether online or at a nearby HD location.

The store was clean, associates friendly, found whay i was lookin for.

If you need help in the Orion store, just ask Kathleen at the paint counter. She can mix a great color of paint and also tell you exactly where to go...…….in the store .

The employees of the Orion Township store are fantastic. Linda, Brian, Quindy and Kathleen were the employees I interacted with today and they were all great. I always have positive experiences at this store and it is always kept clean and orderly.

I have been buying from this store for several months. They have a very well trained, friendly and supportive staff that provided me guidance on technical specification, options, prices, etc. They have good attitude toward their customer and show it in their work.

My husband and I had an issue with a couple of dogs that are now being allowed into your stores. They do not belong there except in cases of Leader Dogs. On separate occasions, today being one of them, my husband almost tripped over one while coming through the pain department. The owner was sitting on a stool and on her phone when my husband rounded the corner with his hands full. The dog was on a regular 6' leash and got up off the floor and went towards my husband. He did not see, nor expect, this dog to come up to him. The owner was oblivious as she was talking on her phone and did not hold the dog by her side. This could have been disastrous if he tripped over the dog or got tangled in the leash. Please stop allowing dogs of any size, except Leader dogs, into your stores. We have also seen dogs pee on the floor while walking down the aisle and the echo that dogs give throughout the store when barking is a distraction and not tolerable while shopping. We have a dog of our own and would never think to bring her to an area where there are strangers and could cause an accident in the store. A lawsuit would be put in place if we experience (and our many friends) any issues with a dog in the stores. Dog owners need to use common sense and leave their pets at home and there would not be any consequences for the actions of their dogs. Even the cashier who waited on us said the same thing. She sees this everyday. She's always getting complaints about the dogs. She said she's just waiting for the day that someone gets bit or that a couple of dogs get in a fight in the store. At first, service dogs were acceptable, but now everyone is bringing in all sizes and breeds. This summer, we passed by a customer walking down the main aisle with 2 large German Shepherds in front of him! Enough is enough! Please stop this practice! Thank you!

The store is clean. The people are amazing.

I wanted to say thank you to the employee who helped my wife and I retrieve this small refrigerator way up on the top (3rd) shelf) the only light blue or light green cute refrigerator. She was so professional and aware of the safety to block off all the isles and retrieve this refrigerator while we told her our other problems with our current refrigerator. It was a Kenmore and the compressor was on recall so all we needed was to wait for service but.... we did need a compression fitting for a 1/4 inch copper tube. She sent us to an older employee, I wish I knew there names. He was understanding and told us exactly what we needed to replace the fitting and told us how to do it. Teamwork, your staff has the best coordination with each other and together your staff sent two happy couple' out the door who will return again and again.

Employees within the store were friendly and helpful. The representative helping me ensured that I was able to procure all necessary products for my project. The store was clean, aisles were clear, and everything on the shelves was neatly organized and front facing so that you didn't have to spend a whole lot of time looking for what you needed.

Great store. There is always someone to answer our questions whenever we have any. The staff is very friendly and give us valuable suggestions for our home projects. It is very near my place and I love to shop here.

Maria at the front end ( who always seems to be there when we are) is so friendly and helpful. She always has a smile and is extra nice at the checkouts.

The service provided over the past two weeks has been spectacular. We recently purchased a home, and needed to procure a lot of things. Refrigerator, dehumidifier, reverse osmosis system, freezer, rugs, light fixtures, etc. Every department has someone going out of their way to assist. I even had an employee go to the front of the store to get me a cart for the big items. This is the Home Depot I will frequent from now on. Kudos to the team!

We had a great experience buying a new LG washer and dryer. Dewayne in appliances was very helpful! Store is clean and everyone is friendly. We went at 8pm on a Monday and the store was quiet and we were helped right away!

We have been doing a lot of diy home renovations in the last few years and have received a ton of excellent advice and help from this store's employees. They are so knowledgeable and friendly. But today I had the best experience when Chuck in the paint department went above and beyond for me. I always like talking to Chuck because he is so knowledgeable about paint. Today I went in to return a paint sample that was not correct - it had too much blue tint in it and did not match the color fob at all. Chuck made me up a custom color and made sure it was correct. Then he made me another sample of a color I was considering, and gave them both to me free of charge. I'd had a hard week and this kindness really made my day. I will definitely return when I decide on my paint color!!

Best store out of all the Detroit Area stores because the Staff are: knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and professional; qualities that other stores don't have everyone working as a Team together. If the Home Depot person don't know, they contact someone who does know. That's the BEST

This is my preferred Home Depot in the area. Everyone is helpful and takes the time to answer questions and suggestion of what you need. They always have what I need and the prices are fair.

If you need help, ask for Kathleen in the paint department. If she does not know the answer, she will get the right person.
