Smiling faces, help throughout the store, knowledgeable employees, stocked and well kept floor, great selection and price range to fit everyones budget, Happy to call it my Home Depot... Plus i always look forward to seeing my favorite cashier.. She makes it even better....

Excellent customer service. I walked in and needed to know where sand bags where located. I was immediately assisted and the employee walked me to them then offered to get me a cart and help me load the bags onto the cart and pushed it for me as I was holding me 3yr old. Very much appreciate this type of customer service!

I am a middle aged Caucasian man. I went to Home Depot to get garden hose supplies. while ringing out, an Asian lady passed by on her way out. the cashier, a older Caucasian man, said something to her, but she didn't understand him, he said never mind. she left. he says as im leaving I guess no comprendo! then added I guess I shouldn't say that since its not politically correct. I walked to my car kinda shocked at what I heard. I couldn't believe it. My youngest son is Hispanic. as I drove home I got more and more angry. Is this the current climate we live in that as a customer, a employee feels comfortable using racist language? digusting. I called and spoke with the store manager. gave him the mans name, and expressed my digust. He was very kind, and said with my info, he would be able to check the tape and talk to this man. I just took a survey, and mentioned this incident. I usually call out this behavior when it happens if someone is being unfair, racist, or digusting. I think this man must of thought well hes older, and white so he will be like minded...IM NOT! Shameful, digusting, unprofessional. if he said that to me what else is he saying about minorities while on duty?

It was a good experience.

It’s usually difficult to find somebody and ask for help at ANY Home Depot store. But today, was an exception. Ajay, an associate at the paint department was exceptionally helpful and nice. THANK YOU AJAY for being awesome!

Good shop to buy, they have a good assortment and it is clean.

I am renovating my kitchen and bathroom. I love home depot because is closed to my house but at the same time I know I spend hours deciding about the styles,materials and prices. I wish the employees can ask "if there is anything they can help you" , as a customer we are undecided but they could offer assistant. I was upset looking for an employee, (took me 1 hour) until I find Johny who took the time to explain about the title process and Paula was a the self check cashier. who always offer a smille and excellent customer service. Thank you for making my shopping experience better on 7/25 at 7:32 pm. PD. Home depot should have secret shoppers

Store clean and items easy to find You associates are very helpful In the paint department ms. Blue was outstanding in her knowledge and advising me what actions to take to correct my mistake in a product that was used incorrectly.

Great location

Keep it up maybe some more water dispensers or a free small water to take on entry or exiting the store. As you know most shoppers will spend 30-50 dollars and quite a few like me will spend several hundred dollars. Think about it Almost every one coming to home Depot is working on a project at home and a little water goes a long when your thirsty. A win win situation think about it what store after and before hard work would you go to. Yup! Maybe free hot dog days on the weekends again another reason to come on down to spend $ on your home. Give a little Win Win

When I have to go to Home Depot I always go to the one in Otay Mesa. I can go in and out without a problem or taking a long time in line. I find what I want if I have questions about the product I ask and I get my answers. Sometimes with a little lecture about the product which I go with more confident in using the product. Every time I go I have a good experience shopping there.
