To Stephanie thanks for helping me check out at the self check out. I am an old disabled Vet Marine. Its difficult to use all the technology that you take for granted. I grew up in a time of dial phones and 3 TV stations. All this technology that you understand so well s challenging for me. You helped me check out a simple task for you but you showed kindness helping me and not making me feel stupid. You thanked me for my service I went out to my car and cried to think of all the other people who spit on me and cursed me out when I wore my uniform and basically treated me like you know what. Saying thanks was genuine and I want to tell you that it means a lot. The pain never goes away no matter how old I get and my appreciation for what you did I will always remember.

I am very disappointed with this store and it’s staff. It’s impossible to find help at this store. I never thought that ordering a window blinds would be such a hustle. I showed up on Monday to order some costume window blinds and after 1hr of waiting around I was told that there is no one at the store that knows how to order custom blinds. Also, I was told to leave all my information including measurements and someone would reach out to me first thing in the morning to place an order. I never got that call so I had to go back to the store where I ended up talking to assistant manager that was annoyed by my situation. There was no apology just excuses. I know these blinds were only $220 but please look up my purchases last 12 month at Home Depot. I spent over $30,000 and I did not deserve this treatment. I would recommend you to train your employees and managers. The assistant manager was not helpful at all. I would Not recommend this Home Depot especially if you need assistance from employees working there. I doubt that my review is going to be read. Thanks

Store is generally clean and well-stocked, but has been picked over pretty good during the DIY CoVid surge. When I don't mind making a little longer drive, I prefer the Levittown store.

My fiance and I were looking for blinds for our front living room at our home and were greeted by Brian H. & Christine Birnbrauer. They were very professional and although Brian was new he referred us to Christine right away and that's when the BEST CUSTOMER service we've ever experienced took place. Christine was great as she was very detailed in the products she was showing. She helped us through every phase of the purchasing process right to the end. She's a true asset to your company!!!

Nick in plumbing is the best! Helpful and friendly and helped us from start to finish on our bathroom project. His assistance was so appreciated.

This store is one of my favorites since I moved to Pennsylvania. I have never had a problem and always satisfied with every product and employee. I rate this store the highest.

Always a good experience

This last trip to the store. The Cash Register person had me standing there for what felt like 5 minutes before she would wait on me. I should have just put the items down and walked out. I just the problem with paying with cash. Bad trip. Not normally like this.

The associates at the large appliances area were very helpful.

We frequent this store and have purchased many appliances as well as ordered doors from this location. Joe-my customer order specialist in Millwork-made this recent purchase enjoyable and was a true pleasure to work with. I will keep coming back! All employees are knowledgeable, professional and fun.

Everyone at the Oxford Home Depot is wonderful! Knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. They’ve been helping me for years as I make home improvements. And if you need it, they have it. Period.

Really thought the cashier Judith was extremely nice and very pleasant. She recommended opening up and account and I was approved right away.

I am recommending this location only because of Steve in the appliance section. We purchased a washer, waited a week to have it installed. Within 5 mins of the installation and the guys leaving the power to the machine failed. Called the store and the company as directed and was told I couldn’t get a replacement until Jan 2021. The store initially told me that we had to go through the delivery company, finally I got Steve and he found a way to fix the situation. We brought the washer back that night, he got the approval for the return, went and found what washers they had in stock, and helped us complete the exchange. All while the store was closing for the night, true customer service at it’s finest. Steve saved the night! Anyone who is shopping for an appliance and going to this HD I would highly recommend asking for Steve, if he isn’t there that day I would come back.

This is a great Home Depot. I think the people who work there are not only knowledgeable in their trade, but I find that the friendliest and courteous people work there as well. Shout out to the Plumbing Department!

I just love this Home Depot Store. It is well-organized, clean, safe, and the people are just awesome. Special Kudos to the plumbing department including Nick, Tom, Frank and Sue. I will never forget this team for the help they gave me on a certain plumbing project. I know too that the people that work in other departments are just as nice and knowledgeable as well. This a terrific Home Depot.

This has always been our go to store for small projects & lawn equipment. Recently we had a very good experience buying a major appliance. The sale was easy, the delivery & set up was the best ever.
